only 3 towels per room, even if there are 4 people you cannot get an extra towel, you must share the towel, I do not reserve more in this place

No recomiendo este hotel a nadie, a las 9 de la mañana el housekeeping golpeo a puños la puerta de nuestra habitacion diciendonos que teniamos que salir , cuando el check out es a las 11 am. Ademas a las 9 am ya habian recogido el pobre desayuno que ofrecen y ni siquiera habia jabon ni shampoo en la habitacion.. Terrible servicio y desconsiderado con los huespedes.

Las habitaciones son muy viejas, las neveras terribles de viejas, mal olor en las habotaciones. Mal olor en el Lobby, el desayuno terrible. El pan viejo,las manzanas podridas. Muy malo en general

Las instalaciones,la limpieza todo en general muy pero muy malo. El mal olor en las habitaciones y hasta en el Loby.

Horrible muy sucio y el servicio muy malo además me cobraron la habitación doble y cuando fui a reclamarle me dijeron que no sabían una amiga me comentó que a ella le pasó lo mismo en ese hotel

Me gusto el pueblo pero al ser pequeño se puede ver todo rapido. El museo de los submarinos estaba cerrado. Eso no pasa en una ciudad grande.

Exelente ubicacion
El sector donde se encuentra es muy bonito. Cuenta con instalaciones modernas y buen estado. Tuvimos un problema con la reserva que no aparecía, pero se soluciono rápidamente llamando a Hoteles.com, quienes respondieron de inmediato haciendes cargo.

The room wasn't clean. Found cigarettes soon as I walked in. It smelled like smoke even though it supposed to be smoke free. The beds are hard as a rock. Absolutely would not stay here again.

The amenities at the hotel were poor. There was no hot water for coffee during breakfast. when I asked the manager, she rudely said that water would come after a week when the owner would return from vacation. The morning manager was very rude and least bothered to help. There are other better properties available nearby.

The first room we checked in to smelled like urine. The second room they gave us was stuffy, muggy and just did not smell clean. At that time we were too tired to care.

Don't Stay Here!
Arrived at 2:00 A. M. The Night Auditor made me wait while she finished mopping the floor. There is a design flaw in the walkway between my room and the front office. I actually fell down and hurt my left elbow and left knee. I could actually sue the motel for negligence. The room itself was in very bad shape. One of the lamps did not work, and the woodwork had the paint knocked off of it. All together, this is the kind of room that you would expect to get in a little hotel that's not part of a chain and that is run by an ethnic family off of Route 1.

Decent room in convenient location. However, the towels were all dirty looking and worn, the sink basin was cracked and broken, we saw a small roach and the breakfast was a complete disaster. The juice machine at breakfast was not working, the waffle mix machine wasn't working and the basic items were not kept stocked. It's a good place to stop and sleep but it is a bit below the normal Days Inn experience.

Front desk refused to let my wife use the restroom in the lobby while he did the check in process. The person looked 10 years old and fumbling to find paper as the printer was out of paper, which took longer to get our room keys for my wife to use the restroom in our room.
