Stayed here after a wedding. It was comfy, safe and clean. The AC unit shut off every hour which was a little annoying in July but our visit was short so it wasn’t too bad

I understand is a residence for students during classes period and it is converted to Hotel is off-season but the prices should be according to the facilities. Price is too high for this kind of facilities.

I liked that is was so close to where my family members lived only a 10 minute commute. It would have been nice if it was equipped with a coffee maker of some kind and the towels were in better condition

Had to leave a bunch of messages before someone called me back to confirm reservation and a few things in the room were broken (shower bar and tp dispenser); but overall, a great cost-effective place to stay and loved having the kitchenette and microwave. I'd stay again for sure.

This is a very affordable alternative to a regular hotel chain option. The room was very clean. I feel the best part of the room is that they have a full size fridge and microwave in a kitchenette right inside your room. This is very helpful when you want to save money as I did. I travelled for business and stayed here and was pleased with the smooth check in as the staff is very pleasant. I have one complaint. This was the main reason for my less than perfect rating: Can you please offer people that are travelling strictly for business (and desperately need quiet to sleep) the option to stay in a room on a floor in your building that is not with families? I can clarify this. There were many children running up and down the hallway, slamming room doors, shouting, running again and again up and down the hallway, knocking on random room doors, multiple times, all after 10:30pm-11pm. I did not want a confrontation, so I call the front desk and asked if someone could please come up and speak to them. I don't think they were very successful as the noise carried on until close to midnight. Unfortunately the same situation happened on both nights of my stay here, with 2 different groups of guests with a large group of kids. I am a Mom to 4 children myself, so I am not a person who doesn't understand that there is hotel excitement for kids, and that can be very fun. I am no stranger to noise. But this? This was awful. I did not have a goods rest either night.

We were the host hotel for large youth sporting event this past weekend and nearly all of rooms were occupied with teams. Good value for price. A bit out of the way but good for 1 night when we had other activities to go to. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. I was hoping the kitchenette would have dishes, dish soap etc but it didn't and they didnt have any at the desk. Overall would stay there again.

room 123. Liked the studio style large room w/half wall divider, quiet hallway and room, large TV. Free parking, friendly/quick staff, safe area, nearby Costco. Actual kitchen w/granite countertop, cupboards, sink, full size fridge microwave, though no coffeemaker:(. Standard bathroom w/supplies, though, air ventilator is not working and no hair fan. We stayed only 1 night, and refund for second night yet to come, will keep posted

Decent
Rooms were clean minus the microwave. The toilet seat was broken but my husband fixed that. We were given no room keys because something wasn't working so we had to have the front desk attendant walk us to our room everytime we left. Other than that, it was cheap and decent.

I love that a key card was needed to enter the hallway and the room. There was a partial wall separating the 2 beds which was also nice. Full sized fridge, microwave, lots of room for clothes. Only issue was a cosmetic one, someone had put a hole in the bathroom wall (inside the room) at one point and it wasn't fixed very well.

Very convenient location just off the 401 outside Kitchener. The rooms serve as dormitories for Conestoga College students during the school year but are rented out to travelers during the summer. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the air conditioning was loud and ran continuously. I had trouble sleeping because of it.

I liked the full kitchen and layout of the room. I didn’t like that they didn’t supply a bath plug but offered bath. I had to use a kids toy to plug the bath so I could give my son his bath. Also there was no ceiling fan in the bathroom so it got really hot and muggy. Lastly I found the receptionist to be very layed back about his job and did not seem to take his job seriously.

Unhygenic experience
I was given a room which wasn’t even clean when last guest left. I took my luggage and went back to receoption, and the person gave me weird looks. It was so unhygenic to enter the room which wasn’t cleaned before previous guest left. The other lady at the receiption (who was in her home clothes- very unprofessional) said “SO” when I told that the room is not clean, and offered me $10 Tims gift card. I was so tired from travel and didnt wanted to argue so I ignored it. Anyways, we got our room and we tried to ignore this traumatizing incident that just happened. Moreover, their blankets/sheets had smell in them. Around 4am, my body started itching, I think some small inserts in the blanket bit me and I got allergies because of it. I checked out right before 7am because I had enough in this hotel. Never going back again

There was a vent in the room that was black with dirt right onto the wall and ceiling. There was a large clump of hair on the carpet.

Entered the Room and the staff forgot to turn on the Air conditioning. Room was 39 degrees C. Took until 6am the next morning to get to 20 degrees C. Windows didn't open. Not recommended for hot days. Recommend calling hotel and reminding them to turn on AC before arrival as it takes a long time to cool off and I had a poor night sleep because of it.
