Spent one night driving through Knoxville. The hotel was very clean. Room was quiet and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

So, in the past I really disliked the Holiday Inn's, they we're outdated and never clean. I decided to try this location after many years avoiding them like the plague. What a pleasant surprise! It was very clean, had a really accommodating staff and lost the out dated look of what I've seen in the past. The room was simple but really clean, the bed was really comfortable. Only complaint is the parking is terrible when they are booked heavy. Great stay and great staff! I will def be booking with this location again next time we're in Knoxville!

Apparently the property was overbooked. So even though I had a reservation for 2 queen beds, I got a room with a king and a pull out couch. This was a incovenience because 2 people had to sleep on a pull out couch. I felt like the staff were not super helpful about this and it was stressful.

We are so sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, when booking through a third party, there can be technical errors. This causes overbooking from said third party. Thankfully, we did have a room with two places to sleep for you and accommodated you the best we could. We would be happy to make sure any reservation you make is with the correct room type if you call directly to the hotel and make your reservation. Again, we are sorry that this happened during your stay with us. We hope to see you again soon!

I didnt like that people were loitering outside in the parking lot. I didn't feel safe going out to my car at night. Also we were on the 5th floor and the ice machine didn't work. So we went to the 4th floor and it didn't work so we went down to the front desk and she informed us we had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice because that was the only one that worked. We asked to us a bottle opener and the front desk said they didn't have one but there was a bar in the lobby. We also were a little upset that there was no free breakfast. For the price we paid in a bad neighborhood there should have at least been free breakfast.

Thank you for your feedback as it helps us improve our facilities! We are sorry to hear that you felt unsafe to go outside at night. We have been working with local law enforcement to prevent this issue from arising. We are also sorry to hear about the ice machine issue. Unfortunately when we have to order parts for machines that are broken, it does take some time. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this caused. As a full service hotel, we do not have continental breakfast. We are sorry to hear you were not informed of that before hand. Again, thank you for the feedback and we hope to see you again!

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the heat didn’t work properly. The restaurant and bar were not open one night and was not open long the other 2 nights. No bell to let someone know we needed service at the front desk.

The staff, with one exception, were very helpful, particularly Sylvia who was wonderful. The female bartender on Saturday night who closed the bar down at 9:30 was very rude and dismissive.

We regret to see you were not pleased with your experience. We do apologize for any problems encountered during your stay with us. Had you reported the water pressure or drain issue we would have either sent maintenance to address the problem or moved you to another room. We understand that still may have been a disruption to your stay so we apologize for the inconvenience. Maintenance has since unclogged the drain, but upon investigating the water pressure seems fine.
