Gran Hotel
Como siempre una excelente opción de hospedaje cuando viajas a Cracovia ya es la segunda vez que lo visito y todo va de maravilla. Las habitaciones muy cómodas e insonoras, el desayuno buffet muy completo y el acceso es muy practico.

A la altura del resto de ciudades
Es un hotel nuevo y moderno, similar al que puedes encontrar en cualquier ciudad occidental. Está cerca del río y a diez minutos del centro. Bien comunicado por coche, bus y tranvía, aunque los alrededores inmediatos no ofrecen nada: hay que ir al centro para comer o visitar monumentos. Buen servicio de taxi en el propio hotel. Desayuno decente, nada especial.

Reserved our suite and confirmed the suite 4 times only to find out “the person who confirmed your suite for your entire day was “new””! This is ridiculous, the staff was no help since I booked the stay through Expedia they said they could do nothing. In addition Expedia is also horrible I spent hours explaining the situation and wanted credit for the suite we never occupied and to only be charged for a standard room. Still no conclusion! Expedia is very helpful booking but horrible if there is a problem.

Our room was comfortable and very quiet. The black out curtains work extremely well. The staff was courteous. Thanks for a nice stay in Krakow. Oh, we walked over 35 miles in 3 days! Lots to see.

Enjoyable stay, nice warm rooms to fight the cold!
Very nice stay, staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms very comfortable. We went in February during really cold temperatures, the rooms were lovely and warm which was much needed after our walks in the cold!

Overall good stay, easy access by tram. Also bus 300 goes almost directly to the hotell from the airport. Also the gym was nice!

施設の中身や立地は抜群でマイナスは見当たりませんが、唯一感じた問題は、部屋の位置関係です。やはりベストは旧市街やビスワ川が見える大通りに面したならびです。私は裏でした。しかも完成していない状態のコンクリ4階建てがすみずみまで落書きだらけなのが真裏です。そういう趣味があれば別ですが。フロントに聞くと建物の持ち主が変わった人で、行政も手が出せないそうです。到着時は疲れており、それどころでなく、翌日からも仕事で夕方にならないと部屋に戻ってこないので、さほど気にはならなかったのですが、夕方にほっと落ち着いた時間に落書きよりはお城が見えたほうがいいよねと思いました。ひっこしが面倒でチェンジは要求しませんでした。
