SVe je bilo odlično! Hrana je odlična, zaista vrlo raznolika i ukusna. Bazen je ok. Svidjela nam se terasa vani, ima predivan pogled na Opatiju, a nekako je sve mirno i opuštajuće. Hotel blizu centra, super za prošetati. Osoblje vrlo ljubazno.

ce n’est pas un 4.5 étoile mais plus un 3 étoile
Pas d’air conditionné dans la chambre,pas de wifi dans la chambre ou plutôt un très faible signal, pas de toile ou rideau sombre dans une fenêtre pour couper la lumière extérieure.porte de douche qui ne ferme pas bien.Au moment de location, le coût du parking semblait inclus dans le prix mais ce n’était pas le cas.

Bon: La vue, l’emplacement. Remarques: si cet hôtel est un 4 étoiles, moi je suis Trump. Nécessite une rénovation importante partout. Corridors étroits, chambres exiguës, etc. Besoin d’un bon designer.

Needs renovation
The check in was slow and we had to wait 15- minutes for someone to take our luggage to our room because there was only one older gentleman who was overwhelmed with guests arriving. The room smelled and looked like it was lasted renovated in 1960. The bathroom was to small to be properly used. When you open the door it hits the toilet and two people can not be in there at the same time. The hot tub on our deck did not work and upon check out they tried to charge us with someone else’s bar tab. Even though we showed them the signatures did not match. There system for keeping track needs to be updated on a positive note the view from the villa is gorgeous If the hotel would upgrade the facility this could be an outstanding villa.

We loved the outdoor sitting area looking out over the water. We have never seen a more outstanding display of food and drinks for breakfast. It was truly amazing.

We had the most Fabulous view from our superior balcony room. Do not miss the customized omelettes during Breakfast! Nice salt water pool and delightful swimming in the ocean below the hotel sea wall. Bring snorkeling gear!

Expedia adv. shows nice hotel, lobby and room. We were on the Villa aside, terrible looking, old lobby smelling, room small, shower and bathroom dating from the 70’s. They should advertise this section as a different hotel, they are advertising their main hotel as a 5 stars, but Villa is a 3 maximum!

prédio antigo - do século 19 - não destoa com o estilo da cidade quartos de bom tamanho e confortáveis com vista para o mar - Pessoal educado e gentil oferece os serviços do prédio vizinho e inteligado hotel de 5 estrelas - restaurante, piscina aquecida, sauna etc. bom café da manhã e possibilidade de jantar com buffet muito variado

Hotel fronts on the Adriatic Sea and own private b
It was a walk back in history. Taking a stroll on the same walkway that was frequented by the Austro-Hungarian Emperor was very cool. The balcony view had a stunning day time and nighttime view. The restaurant breakfast was fit for an Emperor. This was definitely a jewel in our travel experience.

Trevligt hotell för par med tillgång till restauranger och bad i närheten. Lite struligt med parkeringen där vi nyttjade hotellets parkering för euro per dygn. Frukosten och middagsbuffen var bra och kan rekommenderas.

Dreamy romance and relaxation!
Incredible views, great suites, excellent service. This place was a dream! Opatija is a bit of a sleepy town, perfect for romance and relaxation. Sea access here was perfect along with the saltwater pool and spa experience. We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival, just because it was available, and the private deck over the Lungo Mare and Adriatic sea was literally a dream come true. Breakfast and dinner were included. It was great to have this convenience however the food was buffet and not so great but convenient and fine. the room was clean and comfortable. This is the perfect spot for honeymooners. I would definitely recommend and would love to return again.

Très belle situation pour ce très grand hôtel. Nous étions à la Villa mais bénéficiions des mêmes prestations que l'hôtel principal. Beaucoup de transats et beds pour passer des journées tranquilles. Room-service à améliorer.

Hotel with borrowed image material
The hall and the corridors are a little shabby and worn-out. The elegant hall shown on the image material is borrowed from the neighbour hotel. The staff in the lobby in the neighbour hotel, where we were to check in, was impolite and reprimanding. The room was ok, however, small. All facilities like pool, access to the sea and the restaurant were in the neighbour hotel. The food was marked by routine. The parking place was closed by a bar which could only be operated by the staff in the neighbour hotel. The hotel had awarded itself four stars. I wonder if this is not on the basis of the borrowed image material. When checking out which also took place in the neighbour hotel we were presented to a parking fee of 70 kn a day, totally 140 kn, corresponding to 20 euro. It does not appear anywhere on hotel.com that we were to pay for parking. And the hotel did not inform us of the parking fee till the day of checking out. Usually, hotel.com informs of possible parking fees.

Great stay at Ambassador Villa
We were upgraded without even asking.....instead of garden rooms, they gave us waterfront rooms with large balcony! We had half board, The food looked great but was like low end cruise ship food.

Es fehlte eine Garderobe. Im Bad fehlten Kosmetiktücher und ein Seifenspender. Es gibt auch keinen Vergrößerungsspiegel. Einrichtung im Zimmer bis auf den Fernseher sehr veraltet. Haustiere erlaubt - viele Hunde im Hotel! Essen war teilweise sehr gut bis naja...

Best Hotel in Opatija
If you are going to Opatija this is the best place to stay. I have stayed in other Opatija's hotels and Ambasador is far superior to any others in this little town. Food is excellent, staff are very attentive, choice of two swimming pools and a private beach is what makes this place extra special. You don't have to worry about sudden rain, as a specious indoor pool area will make up for it. Wellness, fitness, evening entertainment are all additional facilities this hotel offers. I will definietly be coming back to Villa Ambasador.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Personal
Das Hotel ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Pool und Bereich zum sonnen sind schön und mit guten Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Personal absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider ist der Speisesaal sehr voll, so dass er trotz schönem Blick auf Meer und guter Einrichtung etwas gedrängt wirkt. Das Essen ist für ein Buffet absolut in Ordnung. Leider ist die Bademöglichkeit im Meer nur sehr begrenzt gegeben.

Villa Ambasador - odličan izbor
Položaj hotela je odličan - neposredno iznad mora a opet u blizini glavne ulice za razgledavanje ili shopping, sa velikim brojem parkirnih mjesta (hotelskih ili gradskih). Sobe su kvalitetno opremljene i uredne a hrana izborom i okusom za svaku pohvalu. Hotelsko osoblje izrazito uljudno, efikasno i neprimjetno - profesionalno. Opatija obiluje hotelima ali puno velikih pogodnosti za ne velike novce će biti dovoljan razlog da pri sljedećoj posjeti Opatiji Villa Ambasador opet bude moj izbor.
