fatal, un perfecto engaño
Una verdadera desilución ya que lo que muestran en las fotografias de intrnet es algo que provablemente fué hace unos 50 años.No lo recomiendo para nada , horrendo verdaderamente en todos los sentidos

Avoid hotel at all costs
The hotel is lovley but they had a wedding in when we arrived so couldn’t use the restaurant or the balcony and had loud music and drunk people everywhere. We complained but hotel did nothing to make it better and suggested we go outside for a drink at a local bar. The same thing happened the following night so we ended up leaving the second night and having to spend more money elsewhere. We felt like we where intruding and at breakfast they where preparing for the weeding and consigned us go a ton y part of the restaurant. Worst eceperience of my life and would avoid at all costs

Disappointing Staff
Hotel’s location and atmosphere was so nice but unfortunately the staff were disappointment. When we arrived to the hotel for c-in there was no staff at the reception. We were with the baby and the c-in process was so long and disaster. An Old Women who was not speaking English tried to get us c-in and by not understanding what am I talking getting angry because she can not understand what we are explaining. She was so rude. Later on she called her daughter for c/in. By the way No bellboy, the is a women makes c/in, tries to carry luggages, serving food. Non of the staff are smiling, they behave as they fed up doing their jobs. We ate lunch and dinner there, but it was not so satisfying. No room service available, when I asked the women (who is waiter, receptionist, bellboy) she told me “Madam this is 3 star hotel, no room service” The only thing I can say hotels location and style is good but unprofessional and unhappy Staff…

Dear Madame, we are so sorry about that. We are a family run hotel and we try to do always our best. You did the c-in after 10 pm... the bellboy is here until 7.00 pm so I tried to help you in the best way. Actually we are a 3 star hotel without room service in the night but we suggest you to have dinner in our restaurant even if late in the night. Best Regards Manuela

Lovely old villa with beautiful view
This was my second time here and I loved it every time. Although it is situated in the quieter part of lake Como this Villa is just stunning, the host is lovely and the views just amazing.

Sono stati Tutti gentili e carini.Struttura molto bella,vista sul lago.Camera nuova,letto comodo,silenziosa.Colazione discreta,con vista lago.Mi piacerebbe tornare in primavera.Struttura pet-Friendly.uniche note negative che la camera era troppo calda,e non era molto comoda solo per appoggiare le cose,in bagno e nella doccia nessuna mensola per gli accessori da toilette,e i comodini piccoli.

Une déception
Nous attendions une chambre d'un niveau justifiant 300€ la nuit dans un hôtel 3 étoiles. En dépit de la bonne volonté du personnel, des produit de courtoisie soit vides, soit manquants,baignoire jaccusi en panne, des miroirs cassés dans cette belle suite rénovée, absence de cafetière de standing (type Nespresso), pas de bouteille d'eau à l'accueil, petits déjeuners très en dessous du prix de la chambre. Pas de piscine ou agrément aquatique. Mais une très vaste terrasse qui s'avère partagée aussi .On sent un établissement qui cherche à retrouver une clientèle, mais il faut vraiment proposer un meilleur rapport qualité prix.

Absolutely stunning location overlooking Lake Como. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was on the small side but opened up on to a lovely large shared balcony.

Nothing short of magical and romantic property
Fantastic property both in terms of location, deco, condition and cleanliness! It’s not big but definitely gives 5 star hotels a run for the money in the room. The views are amazing! Perfect romantic getaway and wedding destination. The service staff is nothing less than wonderful! Claudio’s genuine service with that broad smile makes you feel comfortable under any circumstances. Would definitely go back again!!

Pleasant surprise! The villa was absolutely beautiful and we were upgraded to a room with a terrace and lake views. The breakfast area is lovely with fresco ceilings and beautiful floors. The rooms have been renovated..I would recommend staying here..

sehr empfehlenswert
Ein wunderbar idyllisch gelegenes Hotel mit Garten direkt am Comersee. Auch die Küche des Restaurants ist sehr empfehlenswert... Man merkt, dass hier mehrmals wöchentlich Hochzeiten stattfinden... die Küche hat Klasse! Das Haus scheint komplett renoviert und ist sehr gepflegt... einziger Negativpunkt ist das Fehlen eines Aufzugs, denn die Treppen sind sehr lang und mühsam mit dem Gepäck. aber ansonsten kommen wir hier gerne wieder :-)

Great room for a solo trip
Beautiful view and location. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. I was worried about parking and they were awesome. Super fast check in and accommodated a late/relaxed check out. There was a wedding at the same time and seemed to be an awesome venue. Even without being a part of a big event they were great about accommodating my individual room.

Very nice hotel & great staff
We stayed at the hotel on New Year's Eve as a couple. The hotel, its location, the breakfast, and the its lake view was great. Apart from that, another great thing was the staff of the hotel. They are really very friendly, kind, responsive and helpful. Only thing I can add is if you want to visit Lecco, you definitely need to take a taxi as there is no other way of transportation (at least we couldn't see) and as it is far for walking. Still, I would definitely stay there if I visit Lecco again. Thanks for the great experience.

This hotel need urgent renovation!
It was a huge disappointment! The hotel is very outdated, furniture, décor, everything. The bed was horrible: hard, not comfortable, we tossed and turned all night and woke up with back pains. Not only the bed was horrible, you can hear your neighbor's talking and walking all night. The TV had many channels, but not even one in English. There is no elevator. You have to carry your stuff two floors up on the stairs. We were a few days around Garda lake, and paid less for hotels that were much better, renovated and with much more facilities.

Paid for lake view but to see the lake you had to walk out the patio and walk to the front of the hotel to a common patio to see the lake. Walls were paper thin and snoring man next door sounded like he was in my room. No elevators -had to take luggage up and down four BIG flights of stairs. Bed was really old- mattress sagged so much on one side felt like i was rolling towards the edge when I slept, Staff were really nice though.

Fantastic place and staff
Wonderful hotel with a great atmosphere! We had a fantastic time when staying here. The people were so friendly and helped us with everything. Had our 3 month old daughter with us and they helped us with baby bed and all types of special needs. The restaurant has a spectacular view of the lake! The staff really made us feel welcome and we look forward to our next stay!

The best I've stayed in Italy. Beautiful location and very friendly and helpful staff. Most of all, Restaurant was just amazing. View of Como lake and Mountain made me drink and eat more than usual.

출장으로 인해 2박을 하는 동안 편안하게 보냈습니다. 호텔에서 바라보는 호수 전경도 괜찮았으며, 늦은 시간 Check In을 하였지만 친절하게 받아주셔서 마음 편안하게 잘 머루르고 돌아왔습니다. 첨단 시설을 원하신다면 도심에 NH hotel 추천 드려요. 여기는 오래된 건물에 시설을 개조하여 현대식으로 바꾼 것 같아요. 다음 출장에도 기회가 된다면 다시 머무르고 싶네요.

Nice getaway, Great place for couples
The hotel was tucked away around a side of the lake with not much traffic. The parking is kind of confusing because it is labeled with the Hotel's restaurant's name instead of the hotels name. My room had a an awesome balcony which was not private but it didn't seem to be an issue that it was connected to everyone else. The restaurant had a unusual menu but the food was good as well as the service. I have one complaint, this hotel is not air-conditioned. Their wall unit ac is a glorified fan, and I could not sleep with more than a sheet covering me half way. My other complaint was handled by the staff and that is when I booked the room I used my American express and when I went to check out and pay they said they would not accept American express. After getting very visible frustrated and upset over the ordeal the lady offered to use their old system to see if it would work and it did.
