My husband was doing the Trek bike ride in Waterloo, so we came up for a long weekend. The place was very comfortable, conveniently located, and dog friendly. There are good restaurants ( the Lewis Station Winery is a favorite) and parks where we could take the dog. We would stay again.

We were very happy with our stay at this rental. The owner was highly professional with excellent communication, clear check in and out instructions, and a clean and comfortable property. We stayed here when we were visiting for a family reunion and will be staying here again in the future. Excellent rental!

Lake Mills in late October

Lake Mills is a quaint town with a great central location to a great many areas. It’s quiet and very lovely. The streets roll up at 5:00 pm on a Saturday night, yet if you are seeking nightlife it’s quite close by. The colors on the trees were incredible and driving country lanes, enjoying no traffic and seeing nothing but beauty is a pleasant way to spend time with family.

Lose sleep & bare minimums

We were travelling on business and would arrive late; ZERO response from the owner, after sending a few questions. The condo was clean and the furniture was comfortable. However, we wanted to relax in front of the fireplace on the first rainy night but learned upon arrival it was disconnected from 3/15 to 9/15. There were a BARE MINIMUM amount of towels (two per bathroom and only ONE kitchen towel) There also was no iron/ironing board. We were here on business and needed to freshen our packed clothes. Instructions for check out required us to strip our beds and carry to laundry area!!! We had to leave for the airport at 6:30 and with this ridiculous requirement had to get up earlier to strip our beds!!! What does the housekeeping fee cover?? I lost sleep. I also couldn't reach the toaster in a cabinet nor most of the plates as there was no kitchen step stool and up high is where items were placed. However, it seems from the Evolve response, that after you find available dates, right location, find the right amount of beds and bathrooms, we should be confirming basic amenities like irons, and perhaps coffee makers and extra towels and blankets.

Great Condo! Awesome full kitchen and cozy living room with a fireplace and huge TV. Beds are very comfortable with 2 full bathrooms. Close to Trek Cup (World Cup Bike Race in Waterloo). Highly Recommended!
