Morning staff was kind. Afternoon and night staff was extremely rude. Hallways smelled like smoke. My room smelled like smoke and old food. There was hair on my bathroom floor and pretzels on the floor near the kitchen when I arrived. I requested a new room and was told no.

Super nice spacious room
Loved the room. Large size with two rooms. Bedroom had a door separating it from the living room and kitchen area. Very nice.

I stayed 7 nights and only had housekeeping one time and I had to request that. I tried to request housekeeping again around 1:00 PM another day and was told it was after the request time however no housekeeping was done 3 days later. Corner unit by the exit stairs and highway is very noisy. The exit door is squeaky and slammed very loud. The rooms are not sound proof I could hear neighbors music and movements. Two gas grills outside did not work. The guest laundry had two dryers both were out of service for a few days. Very dissatisfied.

The 5 most important things I look for while selecting a hotel while traveling especially since Covid are: Close proximity from the highway I’m traveling on. Safe area & neighborhood. Closely located options for non-fast food dining. A LARGE number of reviews that disclose hotel condition, cleanliness, staffed appropriately with competent people. Lastly - Price. I will spend a bit more for any hotel if my top 4 listed items are consistently noted in the reviews. This hotel hit all my marks. Was very impressed with the location, dining options, brand newish building with lovely decor, and the staff was great. The biggest compliment - will I stay in this hotel again because there are hundreds of hotels to select and this one gets a resounding YES!!! Kudos to your manager and staff for keeping this hotel one of the best I’ve stayed in for quite some time.

Would go back again
Great place. We ended up extending our stay (twice!) because the accommodations were so nice. My only suggestion to make it better would be to see recycling containers throughout the facility next to the garbage cans.

Love this place, would return!
We really loved this hotel! We arrived and didn't really know the area, but learned it was a great spot! Lots of restaurants right there. We are pretty picky about our hotels and were very pleased with our choice! When we first walked in, we immediately noticed the smell. It was fantastic! They must pump something wonderful through the walls because the entire first floor lobby and dining area just smells great! The place was so clean and the lady at the desk was very sweet. Our suite was nice and roomy with a big bed, dinette with a big fridge, range, sink, cabinets with dishes, and a microwave. Nice for those longer stays. The sitting area had a couch, not super comfortable, which we were a little disappointed about, but still a nice area. There was a little table for eating with 2 chairs. The huge t.v. was pretty cool, it was hanging on the wall, but can be rotated towards the bed or the couch or the table. The bed was very comfortable, but the blankets were kinda weird. It seemed like a bed skirt was used as a blanket? Not sure, but we just kicked it off and used the sheet with a blanket that was in the closet. There was a nice large shower and toilet in one room with a lockable door, then the sink and counter in the other bathroom area without a door. A door there would have been nice. But overall it was a great stay and we would return! Nice pool, lovely outdoor sitting area with a fire pit. Free breakfast and coffee. Just a great stay!

The Best Hotel We Have Ever Stayed At!!
This is a beautiful hotel!! The garden and pool area were fantastic!! My husband and I could sit and drink coffee in the garden and watch the grandkids while they played in the pool or played basketball on the mini court (the hotel even provides basketballs)!! There are 2 gas grills and a gas firepit in the garden area as well.
