I liked the convenience of the location, it wasn't right near restaurants/busy congestion but there were several other hotels nearby. I liked the staff, who recommended a great restaurant for dinner and the pool was great. Our room had paint peeling off the wall and it was definitely dusty/dirty under a bench and behind the room's chair. Bathroom was clean and the beds were cozy!

The bathroom floor was not clean. There was food in the freezer from a prior visitor. There was an odor in the room like fishermen were in there

Don’t stay here
I had to pay out of my own pocket due to the name of the hotel changed. The rooms are smoking and stinks of smoke. People were nice but hotel needs major renovations. No hot water for shower and water was brown.

Very old, and in need of primary renovations. The staff members seem to me doing their best, but the 1950's style does not help them much.

The staff was amazing! Over and above. We felt like we were being welcomed home by family. They treated my kids with respect and kindness, had treats and love for my dog. We had a great time!

I showed up for breakfast well within their breakfast time and they were out of coffee. They said that was it and I could walk across the street and get coffee at “the pit stop” which is a gas station.

We were just driving through and needed a nap before finishing our trip to see our kids in NY. Check in was super easy and quick. The lady at the desk was very friendly.

About what you would expect. Nice but nothing special. One knock - the desk clerk at check in was nice but I had to wait about 2 minutes at check in for her to wrap up a clearly non critical personal phone call on her cell phone before she even said hello - as a former front desk clerk, I can tell you that is unacceptable.

Worst stay ever. Do not stay here!
It was terrible. Room smelled like smoke, no maid service half the stay and loud barking dog next door. When called to complain the staff was very defensive and not helpful.

Good stay. Not quit as modern, but clean and friendly staff. Indoor pool and workout facility with a free breakfast is a sure value!

Was nothing like on website. Seemed like it was in need or a refresh. Carpet looked new however the place smelled musty and the bedroom floor (4th floor) felt uneven. I asked for a refund because did not like the place and have not seen one yet.
