The door didn’t lock behind us. You could push it open without using the key card. They moved us to a different room immediately. I reserved a king size bed but open walking into room it was a double queen as they didn’t have anymore king beds. The 2nd room was missing big towels for us to use in the morning.

Old and dirty. Too much for such an old hotel. The breakfast was all packaged sweets and some bagels or toast or waffles. All carbs. No eggs, sausage, etc. Wanted some more bedding for one of my children, and was told no extra bedding. How do you not have extra bedding. Then asked if they had a little shop with some pepto bismol, and was told the gas station is across the street. If it wasn’t 9:30 at night and it wasn’t for my husband who was sick, I would have thought of that myself. Not worth the money.

The lobby was clean, front desk staff friendly, check in was easy. The room was just ok. The sheets and comforter were clean, the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and we slept great. However, there were holes in the walls that needed patched, the toilet paper holder was coming off of the wall, there were 2 bars of used soap in the shower, a pack of old coffee in the coffee maker. Not deal breakers, but definitely could use some upkeep.

Wasn't told the pool wasn't working, some man kept knocking on our door after midnight and the desk wouldn't do anything about it, had to ask for towels and for the room to be cleaned

Try taking a shower without hot water. After waiting for approximately 1/2 hour for someone to check us out, I then inform them that we were charged for two rooms instead of one. She told me that I booked through Expedia and I’d have to talk to them. instead of arguing with her, I disputed the charges on my credit card. Staying at this hotel my wife and I both agree it was a terrible experience.

I was bummed that the pool was closed, but the hotel is nice. The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. Comfortable bed, large bathroom. Definitely will stay here again!!

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now & each time was great. It was very clean & had everything we needed. I really enjoy that there’s a fridge & microwave in the room. But the only dislike was that there was only a shower & I have a baby so I had to take him somewhere else to bathe him. But i think that was my fault on the room I picked.

Not Happy
We stopped here on our way home. Checked in. Went to the room. I always check for bed bugs first. As i am moving the mattress up i find a syringe and a baggie under the mattress. There was filth under the night stand. We went to the front desk and were changed rooms. The next room was checked. The curtains were broken but was still dark. The remote had no batteries. After getting batteries the remote still did not work. After changing remotes finally worked. After this the clerk begins to tell us how the owner and corporation dont really care about the hotel. It has been 4 years the pool has been not working and they keep telling them any day now. I would NOT recommend this place to stay if it was the last place to stay.

Unfortunately trash had not been emptied. I cleaned bathroom floor tracks left on floor. Shower handle loose hard to make it work. Bathtub was orange looked as though must have had decals were removed and now stains left.

VERY CLEAN, Comfortable bed
Although the property/units need some updating, our room was VERY CLEAN, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was excellent with really hot water and strong pressure. We just spent the night while traveling and ate breakfast before we left. We would definitely stay again when traveling through the area.

The place was convenient to our travel plans. The room was adequate but could have been freshened- dusty. Only one ice machine functioning- we were able to stay on that floor as there were only 4-5 others there. Room greatly in need of upgrades.

We paid up front for our hotel. Booked a few weeks out. We had car trouble on our 12 hour trip. We finally got there at 6 a.m. She said she canceled our reservation as well as added a penalty. I expalined the situation and she said, "not my problem". Even if that is your policy to cancel someone even though they paid in full, you need better customer service. We were left stranded and in another time zone. A softer word and maybe some empathy would have gone a long way. We couldn't believe how rude this woman was. My friend was upset because of the way she was talking to me and told her off. She started to cuss him out and acted even more unprofessionally. She said she was going to call the cops. He was upset but he had every right to be. We asked her to call her manager but she said she didnt want to hear from him and rolled her eyes. I've been in customer service for a long time and I know she could've handled that some other way but she seemed to enjoy stirring the pot. We ended up finding a super 8 that was able to accommodate us. As I'm writing this I am realizing there is no way to to put into words how this made us feel. She could just talk to us however she wanted and she knew she held the power and all our money. I left in tears.

They dont clean the room daily and tgey cited a Comfort inn ppilicy of only chnging tgr seets and towels every three days. This is s terrible policy and customers are not informed of this policy when booking.

For anything that was needed, including check-in, the staff had to be hunted down on the floor. Found the front desk clerk in the laundry when trying to get another towel for the am. Morning breakfast was essentially non-existent. No one was at the front desk again in the am. Hotel was old and needed many improvements

The only rooms available were on the third floor. The pool was drained and pool area was used for storage. The continental breakfast was very limited. The first floor,lobby ,and breakfast area air conditioner was broken. The room I had was clean and comfortable though. Apparently the franchise owner isn't putting any money back into the property.
