Bathroom needs major Reno absolutely terrible But it did have hot water Could only get one channel on tv Bed extremely hard and uncomfortable If it’s $50 a night, maybe But too expensive for what it is Stay at quality inn across road

The property is so dirty and feel unsafe. Look like they dont take care the property at all. In orbitz they put choices for breakfast and wifi for additional $5, but they don't have that service actually. so the staff asked us to call orbitz for $5 refund. I don't why the still put that choices of service in orbitz if they don't have it.

Choose anywhere but here in Lima, place smells like an old bar that was smoked in for 50 years. Water temp continually went from hot to cold and there was just a piece of bare Sheetrock above the shower where the room above had leaked. The drawers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest.

The heater was not working properly it has 3 spots blowing air, 2 spots has flowing cold air and 1 spot just hot. She didn't offered other room even we asked her to give us a different one and she was very bad atvthe poit the she said if we don't like it we can go to a different hotel. that's I call very disappointing customer service, worst of the other ones that we pay less money to use.

Manager was very rude and disrespectful. Pounded on our door after 11pm demanding $50 for our dogs when their listing stated dogs were welcome and nothing was said at check in and the animals declared. Will never return.

Wont make that mistake again
Completely out dated and worn out. Was told there was truck parking and on arrival it was very very tight for big truck parking.

Ok but not great
Good place to stay for the night to rest but not spectacular, they were doing renovations, understandably a bit dirty in hall. Charges extra for pets, Hotels.com does not let you know ahead of time.

I am still trying to get a refund as I did not check in I canceled my reservations they had told me there were no rooms available after confirming my reservation. I am currently trying to reset my password on my account so I can access the itinerary number since no one can help me with me without that. I Need to be refunded $80 For proof I never checked in is in to Red Roof Inn in elima Ohio. I'm trying to find any other details that would assist in this matter but I have no saved emails but I never checked in and I canceled via phone with your phone with the manager Ken of Red Roof Inn in Lima.

Hotel was very dirty. The shower had, are you ready for this, moldy peeling wallpaper in it. Carpet was filthy.

Know that it is in the process of being renovated. There is no continental breakfast or even coffee, although on the website it says there is. There is a Waffle House across the street.

Horrible stay
The website says this is a really nice looking hotel. It also said there was a spa a bar and a restaurant at this hotel. There were none of their sales at this motel there’s a vacant lot right in front of this hotel that looks like homeless people live there because there’s trash everywhere. Room some of the sheds had burn holes in it. Above the bathtub there is peeling paint one of the worst hotels that I wrote all year for work and it was a very expensive hotel for what it was it was very late you had a sleeping room

what you see in pics that property not belong to us , why you do show guest our hotel exterior and interior with guest room, then realize real thing , any way thanks for write the reviews on us.

My room head Brown water and mold not to mention the sink was falling of the wall and there was a hole in the shower wall, it also sounded like something was trying to get out of the wall.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed but do to the event in the area there was no other place to stay. The place should really be inspected. All I could smell in my room was strong bleach. Holes in the ceiling and walls, the entire place is torn apart.

First off the camel hockey owner called me non stop from 8:30 pm wanting to know when we was checking in, the room smelled so bad of cigarettes we left door and windows open and left for a few hours ,the whole place was disgusting should be condemned !

There were cigarette burns in the furniture and the bedspread, and the air smelled like smoke and air freshener. The shower had been wall papered, but big pieces were peeling off. The plastic grill on the air conditioner was broken in several places and rattled annoyingly. The carpet felt sticky. How could anyone rate this place more than a 2?

HORRIBLE SERVICE & DISGUSTING ROOM
This place was horrible. The guy that checked my driver in was rude. My driver told him about how bad the room was and he did nothing about it not changing him to a different room. My driver slept in the chair, because the mattress had blood on it and the sheets looked dirty. The bathroom was nasty not cleaned. Horrible stay. This place should be shut down until it is inspected.

Do not stay here.
When I travel solo I often stay at inexpensive motels. In the future, I’m going to believe the reviews. For this place the reviews were terrible. “How bad could it be?” I thought. I found out. Upon arrival I was greeted by the partially-completed but apparently abandoned construction or repair project. Then was the piles of junked HVAC equipment piled outside AND INSIDE the main entrance. The desk attendant was nice enough, but he gave me a card key with the room number on it - he did not program it for me new. The corridors are run down. The room was DISGUSTING. There was no blanket on the bed or in the room so I had to use the bedspread that had been unwashed in who knows how long. (At least the sheets looked fresh.) The bathroom was by far the worst I have ever seen in any roadside motel. I have never seen so much mold in one place before. Do yourself a favor - exit I75 two miles south of this horror show where there is a selection of places to stay, all of which I’m sure are better than here.

Your greeted with dead bugs as soon as you walk in on the counter bath tub floor nasty a moldy rag shoved in a moldy hole above the bathtub. Bud bugs. In the bed.

I had called and told them that we wouldn't be checking in until 1 or 2am. When we arrived at 12:20am, the room wasn't ready!!! Also, TV didn't work, saw a roach in the room, no ice machine, no coffee maker, and the list could go on! I DO NOT recommend this establishment!!!!
