No lo recomindo
Los empleados se esmeran en dar un servicio a pesar de las malas condiciones. Primer dia se corto el agua en nuetra habitacion y nos cambiaron de habitacion. Pesimo el desayuno, terminamos desayunando en un cafe cerca del hotel. Se observa que el nuevo dueño no invierte. Fuimos porque hace tres años atras era todo muy bueno

El servicio por recepción bueno, solo por Martín, los demás en los diferentes turnos no motraron vocación y actitud. Las habitaciones descuidadas, aspecto de sucias las colchas, cortinas en mal estado, baños con hongos y mucha humedad además de las homigas que hay.

Excelente servicio
Excelente! El dueño del hotel (de tipo familiar) muy acogedor y pequeño nos recibió personalmente, la persona encargada de la recepción, un señor muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar, definitivamente lo recomiendo!

Saludos Ignacio, Gracias por darte el tiempo para escribir un comentario. Nos apena que tu estancia no haya sido de tu agrado. Pero quiero que sepa que nosotros no somos considerados ni nos hemos puesto el titulo de hotel. Somos una casa de Huéspedes que ofrece una perfecta localización y un lugar seguro y limpio donde pasar la noche, y tomar un excelente desayuno fresco y natural en la mañana Esa es nuestra garantía Saludos!.

El hostal es muy acogedor y limpio. El desayuno es muy bueno. Lo único que podría recomendar es habitaciones con baño dentro de la alcohoba pero si regreso a Lima me volvería a alojar ahí

Mucho que mejorar.
La habitación 101 que nos asignaron ofrece muy poca privacidad se ve todo el interior de la habitacion cada vez que se abre la puerta ya que está en frente de la recepción del primer. Ademas se escucha todo el ruido y conversaciones de los huespedes entrando y saliendo. Las ventanas dan a la calle y la cortina no cubre toda la ventana, uno puede ver a las personas que pasan por la calle toda la noche. La cama es como cajón que cuando uno se acerca patea la base y dentro de ella se encontró papel higiénico usado de huéspedes anteriores. Finalmente le pedimos nos despierten a las 02:00 am para ir al aeropuerto pero nuestra solicitud no fue atendida,el encargado se quedo dormido.

Muy agusto la estancia!
Muy amables todos los recepcionistas! La casa linda! Desayuno bueno que bien que incluyen fruta! Punto excelente! Mejorar las almuadas podria ser importante! Y cortinas mas gruesas en la habitacion sobre todo en la que estuve de 4 personas! Excelente! Gracias. Vuelvo encantada!

Buena ubicacion , limpieza y atencion
Mi estancia fue muy buena , en realidad no estaba segura de una residencial , me fui un poco intranquila de ver que me encontraria,debo decir que me lleve una grata sorpresa ,el lugar es limpio y el echo de que te cambien las toallas todos los dias ,ves que tienen toda la intencion de que sea cada vez mas un mejor lugar. Carolina que es tremendamente amable y es la cara visible, el dueño lo vi poco pero cada vez que me tope con el , fue muy servicial y se nota que quiere mejorar el lugar. En resumen limpio, gente profesional y amable. Lo que no gusto tanto fue que el baño estuviera fuera de la habitacion y la cama fuera pequeña para 2, pero no te hacen un mal viaje.

If you like tiny rooms...
This is a small hotel with tiny rooms. My room looked like a cell. Narrow stairs. Poor Wi-Fi in the room, need to go to the lobby. Personnel is friendly, though. Breakfast is modest to the minimum. To be positive, local area is very safe and nice, many restaurants, no problem with dinner. Overall, it's OK for a couple nights, but not for a week or so.

The 3.8 rating was definitely not deserved. Hotel is quite dirty and I'm used to camping - so expectations aren't that high

Lots of character.
Small hotel in a historic house. Very walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Felt very safe to be walking out after dark (around 9pm). Excellent-size room, especially for our family of four. Bathroom good size, but old-fashioned (beautiful tile work and very clean), as I would expect in a building this age. GREAT staff--so helpful and friendly!! Lovely breakfast with fruit salad, omelettes, bread and jam, fresh-squeezed juice. Warning--no A/C--just fans, at least in our room. A cool shower and open window helped, but not really cool enough to sleep till midnight (again, sort of to be expected in a house this age).

Good hotel for the budget.
The staff is amazing, I cannot ask for more. However the facilities need some improvement (mostly cosmetics). I didn't like bedclothes and especially the bath towels, in very poor condition. I'd suggest to the hotel staff, offer hot beverages before the breakfast due to its availability after 7:30am.

nice room and great staff
Room was clean and nice for four of us. Breakfast was prepared individually warm and nice. Staff was very helpful in introducing neighboring attractions with practical tips. Last day, when we checked out, they let us come back to the hotel lobby and take rest for a few hours and called a taxi to the airport. Very helpful.

Simple, but great
They are amazingly nice, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, but quite small and uncomfortable for a quadruple. The restroom had a great shower (not always the case in Latin America), and was clean and well stocked. The location is awesome, as it is walking distance from major attractions in Miraflores and Barranco. It is great value for the money if you are willing to skimp on "luxuries". Breakfast was excellent, complete and with good service. The beds could be improved.

Location is perfect, the staff is nice. some night staff hardly speak english. rooms are ok, they have private baths but not connected to the room so you have to walk out of your room, to go to the bathroom with another key to get in to your bathroom.

Thank you for your review. But we would like to remind you that you chose the room with the private bath outside, since it was more economical as it is well described on our web page. We have plenty of rooms with private baths inside them at diferent rates. Hope you have a great day!

friendly staff but uncomfortable room
I also feel bad to write a bad review of this hotel because the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help me. and the location is great. but this is all the good part about this hotel. The room was very very small and outdated. I couldn't even open my suitcase in the room. That's how small it is. And very not sound proof and I can hear everything. Very loud. The bathroom is also not in the room so it's very inconvenient. Yes it's cheap but if you pay 20 dollars more you can get much better room somewhere else in the same neighborhood. Again, the staff were so nice and the service was amazing. I just need to warn my fellow travel that the room was very uncomfortable for me.

We regret not fullfilling the expectations you desired, but let us remind you that the option of the bathroom outside the room was yours, as it is well described on the Web page, We do have bigger single rooms with private bathrooms inside at different rates. Simple, but affordable
If you are looking for a pretty simple hotel that is affordable this is your place. The hotel is clean and there is hot water. We stayed at 4 different hostels during our trip to Peru and this was the least attractive. I would say the best part of this hostel is it's location in a nice area of Miraflores.

Very nice hotel to stay!
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and we were very satisfied with everything, the service was excellent and everybody very kind. The location was also good because it is close to Larcomar and all must see places in Miraflores, if we come back to Lima we are definetly going to stay here again!

ホテルのスタッフは感じが良くホテルの立地も静かな場所で良かったのですが、料金の割には部屋が狭く、シャワーのお湯も十分ではなくあまり快適には過ごせませんでした。バスルームも狭く使い勝手が悪かった。

nice place, nice people
not luxury and it doesn't bill itself as such, but worth for the price. the best part is the location and the people who work there. it's in the heart of miraflores, very close to the boardwalk, the beach, shopping, banks, stores, etc. very safe and secure. giancarlo and his crew are fantastic. they are courteous, friendly and very personable. anything we required, any information we needed they went above and beyond to help. we will visit peru again and when in lima, this is where we will stay.

This is a very attractive Bed and Breakfast, with a kind and helpful personal, carefully secure, nice breakfast and a great location in Miraflores, near restaurants, two blocks from a walk with a view of the ocean, if you want to go for a walk early in the morning..

Good hotel with perfect location
This is a small, nice hotel, with a very convenient location just a few blocks from the beach in Miraflores and the Parque Kennedy area. We had a quite small room, but it was clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good with fresh fruit and warm bread with eggs. Wifi is working in all areas. Just a small walk from the hotel you'll find great restaurants and shops.

Localização excelente
O hotel encaixa-se bem na questão custo benefício. Tem excelente localização, ficando a poucos minutos do centro comercial Larcomar. Infelizmente os quartos ainda têm carpetes, algo que não aprecio. O banheiro, apesar de externo, era bom e sempre limpo. A internet sem fio é excelente e o atendimento também. Como não tinha carro não posso opinar acerca de estacionamentos. Voltaria a ficar lá sim. A única questão é que na minha reserva pelo Hoteis.com constava o preço de U$ 45 (dólares), sendo que me foi cobrado U$ 55 (dólares).
