Estimado huésped Muchas gracias por compartir su comentario al cual quiseramos agregar que nos comunicamos con usted a través de esta plataforma y a través de su celular para coordinar la entrega de llave ya que el apartamento estaba listo. Así mismo, se dejó dicha llave en la recepción del edificio en caso llegará durante la madrugada. Se realizó todo el protocolo y comunicación a su reserva de último minuto al cual no obtuvimos respuesta a pesar que los mensajes habían sido leídos. Saludos cordiales.

About the internet, when it was reported, they were given a telephone that works as a modem, easy to mobilize and with sufficient signal to use mobile devices and TV as additional support. Dear Yesenia Thank you very much for sharing your experience during your stay in our apartment. As you comment, the period of social confinement began during your stay. We are sorry that we were unable to comply with the cleaning courtesy 1 time a week. Our apartment status is not within the essential services and therefore we were not provided with free passes for transit. Likewise, as an alternative, it was offered the option of another apartment that was clean in another building with the intention of reducing the discomfort of having a dirty apartment. For everyone it is a difficult situation that requires understanding and as much as possible we try to provide the most viable options to be safe. Hope you can be now safe at home with your family.
