I expected less but it is great
Great location. Rooms are big and comfortable, free Internet and complementary breakfast. Beds and pillows best you can get. For business is all you need.

It was a very nice hotel among a lot of older buildings. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the residence inn. I loved the cookies in the afternoon. Breakfast was good & free.

Lovely place to stay, the only complaint we had is the limited amount of paid parking. Other than that this was a wonderful stay. I loved having the full kitchen, the room was very spacious and comfortable.

Bathroom had dried feces around the base of the toilet. You could tell the rooms were not cleaned very good. We were there for a funeral and it was the nastiest unsanitary bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel room.

The location is fantastic. You can walk to the River Market in minutes and it’s right off the expressway so getting to the Inn is easy. (Will be easier when road construction is done.) The only knock I have is that some of the furniture is worn and looks like just minor repairs is all that it would take to spruce the rooms up - I’m surprised that hasn’t been done already.

Definitely not a 9.0 rating. The room was dingy and tired. Holes in sheets, broken cabinet doors and missing knobs in kitchen area. Shower looked dirty and furniture was threadbare. The only reason we stayed was because the weather was awful. Skip it until it’s renovated!

Size of room was excellent and it was very comfortable , Getting hot water in sink and for one shower was a problem. Sink also slow to drain.

Staff was super friendly and the room was actually super clean. UNFORTUNATELY..... the bed I think was from the 80's or older (although the pillows on the bed were great), and the dam springs would randomly pop throughout the night. The only other issue was with the sofa. It may have been older than the bed and unfortunately made it really hard to relax. Like impossible. Honestly, if it had not been for those issues and a couple of other very minor issues, and the very, very, bad breakfast, I would have given an overall rating of 4 stars, if not 5 stars. They are so close.

Awesome room, bed was too hard.
Hotel is awesome. Room was amazing and clean. Only problem was the bed was hard, so I got no sleep and I got up at 4am to shower and it took 20 to get hot water. Other then that this hotel is awesome.

All 4 of us really enjoyed the hotel. The room was clean, the amenities were perfect and I can't say enough good things about the staff, they were awesome! Definitely recommend this hotel.

The property was nice and convenient for our stay in Little Rock. However, upon arriving at 10:30PM and showering by 11:00PM, there was no hot water and the only response from the front desk was that “there must be a lot of people showering right now”… not exactly what we wanted to hear after a long drive. Especially because we were needing to turn around early the next morning. After a 20-30min wait, it did pop on… but they need to figure this out because a hotel should be able to supply hot water for everyone staying at their location. Lastly, add like $20 to your stay as there was a parking fee charged to us that we didn’t account for.

Very old and insecure building and car park, the swimming pool looked like algae growing at the bottom of it, the receptionist was walking around check in desk without her shoes….. definitely not a 3 star place….

The staff was amazing. However, we ran into two issues. The hot water had to run for over 5 minutes to get warm, and warm is all it got. It never got hot. Also, there were no sheets for the pull out bed. But that was a easy fix.

Little Rock getaway
Great area enjoyed our stay walking distance to restaurants, stores and park. Rooms were clean with fridge, microwave and stove top. Free breakfast is a plus will definitely stay again.
