Fantástico
Hotel totalmente renovado y muy bonito. Muy cerca de la parada de metro com dos linias (Picadilly y District line). Personal del buffet para desayunar super amable y atentos. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

Proceso de remodelacion casi terminado
El hotel está muy bien ubicado a 3 min del metro. Esta terminando un proceso de remodelación. Los cuartos son sumamente chicos, con un baño muy reducido en espacio, pero está limpio y quedé satisfecho. Los cuartos ya estan remodelados pero estan terminando el lobby. Cuando terminen la renovación será una excelente opcion

habitación correcta un poco pequeña, pero suficiente. desayuno correcto y bien atendido. Las personas de la recepción son muy amables también. Cerca de la parada de metro que pasaban la district y la piccadilly que te llevan a los principales sitios: covent garden, piccadilly, westminster, torre de londres entre otros lugares de interés.

A unos pasos de estación del metro Earls Court
El hotel ofrece lo indispensable para una estancia muy aceptable. El costo beneficio es muy correcto. Está ubicado a unos pasos de la estación de metro Earls Court, que conecta fácilmente a todos lados. La recámara fue muy reducida de espacio, al igual que el elevador, pero es razonable y está ok. El colchón era viejo e incómodo, pero justo durante mi estancia fue renovado. El personal de recepción muy amable. Facilidad para usar internet e imprimir documentos.

Tres días en Londres
El hotel está muy próximo al metro y a 15 minutos en este del centro de London. El barrio es recidencial y tranquilo. Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas pero muy confortables. El personal es muy amable y atento. La disposición a prestar ayuda es excelente. El desayuno es minimamente variado y de muy buena calidad precio. Hotel muy recomendable.

Es un hotel práctico, cómodo
La hora de checkin es a partir de las 14, sin embargo nos aceptaron en cuanto llegamos (sobre las 11). No está situado en el centro pero está muy bien comunicado. El hotel está muy limpio y el personal es encantador. El comedor para el desayuno es pequeño pero bien organizado. El desayuno buffet bien, variado.

Sehr schönes nettes Hotel für einen Wochenend-Städtetripp nach London. Erreichbarkeit: Direkt in 3 min mit Underground „Earls Court“ erreichbar. Frühstück: Sehr kleines aber feines Frühstücksbuffet mit vier Sorten Wurst, verschiedenem Käse, Toast, verschiedenen Marmeladen, Croissants, süßem Gebäck, Obst und Müsli, Orangensaft, Joghurt, Milch. Zur freien Auswahl gab es noch nach Bestellung verschiedenste Variationen vom Ei. Hartgekocht, Spiegelei, Rührei, Bacon, Beans, Blaukraut, Würstel. Bei der Bestellung des heißen Frühstücks konnte man auch noch Cappuccino, Kaffee, Latte, Heißwasser für Tee‘s sowie bestellen. Am Wochenende ist das Frühstück ein bisschen später aber dafür länger. Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, sauber, aber klein. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Auch neben den Steckdosen gibt es USB-Anschlüsse. Ein TV ist vorhanden, jedoch ohne deutsches Programm oder Internetfunktion. Aufzug zu den Zimmern ist vorhanden. Info für Allergiker: Ab dem ersten Stock liegt im ganzen Haus ein Teppich. Personal: Sehr freundlich und nett. Die Frühstücksdame weiß am zweiten Tag was man bestellen möchte :D Sonstiges: Koffer können am Abreisetag noch verstaut werden. Preis / Leistung: 8/10

Truly a wonderful experience. They allowed me to check in early after I had been traveling over 14 hours. Room was small, but great bed. Very quiet and safe. I really felt looked after. As a solo traveler, this makes a big difference. Breakfast was included and was a 4 star — eggs and sausage cooked to order with a lattes, espresso etc. Honestly better than most restaurants. Shower was nice and warm. Location is great and super safe neighborhood close to many things. I would return next time I am in London. Staff gives you excellent care and is quite attentive.

Wir wussten, dass Zimmer in London klein und teuer sind. Und so ist auch dieses, aber es war sehr sauber sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage ist super, direkt an der UBahn. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof, es war sehr leise. Es gab sogar ausreichend Wasserdruck in der Dusche. In einer Nacht ging der Feueralarm los, obwohl es nicht brannte. Das war unangenehm weil wir uns sehr erschrocken haben. Sonst top!

Sicuramente ottimo per una toccata e fuga. La nostra camera ( G1 ) aveva tutto il necessario, non mancava niente. Posizione top in quanto a pochi minuti dalla fermata di Earl’s Court. L’unica pecca di quella camera è che essendo a piano terra la mattina c’era molta confusione nei corridoi dell’hotel, inoltre essendo probabilmente ricavata da una ulteriore entrata, aveva la porta che dava sull’esterno da cui entrava luce e freddo. Quindi in fase di prenotazione chiedere possibilmente di essere messi almeno al primo piano. Per il resto nulla da dire, consigliato.

Terrific London Homebase
I've been to London around 40 times and the Mornington was my favorite place to stay so far. The staff made the difference, going out of their way to help my brother and I enjoy our trip. It was my birthday so we stayed in the small hotel bar a few of the nights while I drank enough to subdue a small elephant, and the staff was friendly and as nice as could be. The location is also perfect - about a 3 minute walk from the Tube station that goes directly to Heathrow and also goes directly to Picadilly and Westminster without changing lines. The neighborhood has many restaurants, cafe's, and bars, and a few convenience stores and markets. Of course the rooms are small by American standards but I've stayed in smaller ones in London. Overall I'd recommend this place to anyone going to London due to the 24/7 staffed front desk, amazing customer service skills on the team, and perfect location.

The room on LG level was so tiny that there was no space for luggage. The shower door has a design flaw, and it is impossible to close it when you are in the shower. The desk telephone was not working (problem connecting). The construction smell is still all around. The night shift at reception can only giggle watching you pulling luggage up the entry steps and through the door. Morning shift at the reception was nicer and more apologetic.

I have updated your profile and when you book with us again we can try locate you in higher floor. I would like to clarify, we have all different type of room on all floor. Such a night of discomfort!!
We arrived at night and the receptionist told us to go in another room from the one that we were supposed to be. The room was on the lower ground floor where they were doing maintenance work. So, it was very noisy in the morning from 7am and we didn’t manage to sleep properly. Also, the fire alarm rang twice early in the morning which made it impossible to rest after our trip. The ACT and the air condition was not working in the room and when we asked the receptionist to change she told us that we could do that the next day. I am really dissatisfied with their service as we should have been able to change room straight instead of having such a night of discomfort.
