Check in was prompt and reception staff helpful. TV did not work, and I was offered discount. There was confusion over the type of room I had booked and was asked to move to another lesser room on my second day. I informed reception I had booked the same room for two nights, although the reception member at the time wouldn't have any of this, and insisted I move rooms. Fortunately, another staff member ensured I stayed in my room. I also had to complain regarding noise from neighboring room at night. Again, a staff member managed to sort this out. Overall, the superior rooms are spacious and good, if things go wrong the staff generally manage to sort it out, apart from the one reception staff who needs to be put on some more customer care training.
