No estuvimos mas que unas horas porque estábamos en LA en tránsito y escogimos ese hotel porque nos guardaban las maletas y fuimos al shopping center que estaba cerca (lastima q no tenian shuttle hacia alla). Al regresar solo nos bañamos y nos fuimos en el shuttle al aeropuerto. Estuvo todo perfecto. Pero el hotel estaba hermoso, nos hubiera encantado quedarnos mas.

Horrible experiencia
Difícil de comentar tanto problema: 1- Check In: Llegue cerca de las 1:30 de la mañana al hotel, cansado y con un vuelo de 13 horas. Me entregaron una habitación con gente! Si con gente... "error" en la entrega de la habitación. Luego de este problema, volví a la recepción y me entregaron una habitación con olor a humo y colillas de cigarros detrás del WC, asqueroso! Nuevamente tuve que bajar a recepcion para solicitar cambio de habitación, donde me entregaron otra donde la luz de la entrada estaba quemada (mala), ya cansado la verdad nos quedamos en esa pieza. 2- Segundo día de alojamiento, llegamos cerca de las 23 de la noche al hotel, luego de estar todo el día fuera y nos encontramos con las toallas que habíamos dejado en el suelo del baño para cambiarlas, en la misma posición. Mojadas y tiradas en el suelo pero toda la habitación estaba hecha, algo insólito! 3- Dia 3, nuevamente luego de todo un dia fuera, no nos dejaron papel higienico, por lo que tuve que salir a pedir que nos repusieran ya que se les "habia olvidado". 4-Por ultimo, decir que soy miembro Diamonds de Hilton y me preocupe llamando 2 veces antes al hotel (Hable con Alfredo la primera vez y Yoselin la segunda vez) para asegurarme que si hacia la reserva con los puntos de expedia, igual se me respetarían los beneficios, tales como el desayuno. Algo que finalmente no fue y tuve que pagar cerca de USD$32 dólares por persona para desayunar, literal un robo! Salvo Flavio de recepcion, el resto fue ESPANTOSO!

Lo unico que no me gusto es que cobran mucho por el parqueadero hay mismo, alista 50 Dolares de parqueo o 60 dolares value parking
