Everything was great except the check in. It was a a nightmare. The place was fantastic though.

Lovely apartment in Ktown
The apartment was extremely nice, very clean and definitely worth the $. Keep in mind you are renting an apartment, not a hotel, so there is no houssekeeping, but there is a washer and dryer insuite, and they provide detergent. Also, the area is decent, coffee and restuarants around, but remember that you are in downtown LA, and overall it can be a rough city. There are definitely certain areas you will want to stay out of, but walking around outside this area, you'll be fine.

This is not a hotel, it's a corporate apt, so I was a little caught off guard. But the place is very nice and clean.

Nice hotel in the middle of LA
Stayed there twice during a recent business/vacation trip. Fantastic views of LA thanks to floor to ceiling windows on two sides of a corner apartment. The building has a great gym and pool.

I was robbed
I was robbed here. Choose someplace else no matter how cheap the stay is here. Because of the robbery (and the fact that I'm 95% sure security let them in) I left early. They refused to refund me.

The only problem was we had to check out exactly at 11am and our flight didn't leave until 4pm and they had no where to put our luggage basically saying it's nothing they can do because our rsvp is over but after complaining the guy did help us and put it up in a storage closet but it wasn't guaranteed it was safe.

Beautiful view but quite expensive but expected in the heart of l.a. investing a few more dollars in this property will make this paradise bedding,quality of bed, needs flat screen in rooms and wash cloths not hand towels and a better way to check out . But overall the view is everything

Too hard to get in and out of this space
My check in experience was great. My colleague checked in a day later. I had given them her name ahead of time and left a key with her name on it. The person checking her in was non-responsive, hung up on her and did not answer her phone when we called her.

Convenient and clean apartment
The apartment was better than I expected. It looked just like the pictures, and the gym and the pool area were very nice, too. Also, there are starbucks, yogurtland, chipotle, subway, bobatime, etc. around the apartement!

예약하고 머물지도 못했습니다. 시간이 늦었다?? cut-off 시간 이전에 이미 연락을 취했음에도 전화도 않받으시고... LA여행가서 호텔 앞에서 멘붕 이었습니다. 그나마 주변에 다른 숙소를 잡게되어 길바닥에서 머무는 일 만큼은 면했습니다. 상담사분하고도 통화는 했습니다. 질문드립니다. 1. CHECK-IN 시간보다 지체될 경우 24시간 이전에 통보가 가야한다?? 제가 예약한 시간이 머무는 당일 새벽 입니다. 근데 24시간 전에 통보가 가야한다?? 이해 됩니까?? 2. CHECK-IN 시간이 8시까지다?? 늦어지는걸 24시간 이전에 통보가 가지 않았다 하더라도, CHECK-IN CUT OFF TIME 8시까지는 CHECK-IN 담당자가 대기해야 하지 않나요?? 분명 위에도 썻지만, 8시 이전에 전화하니 전화 받지도 않았습니다. 결국 30만원 넘는 돈만 날렸습니다. 그것도 LA현지 밤 시간에요. 3. 판매자(호텔 담당자) 정보를 알려 달랬더니 처음에는 정보를 모른다?? 정보도 모르고 SITE에 등록 가능하겠끔 SITE운영을 그렇게 하느냐고 질문하니 알아보고 연락 주겠다 하면서, 윗선에서 정보를 제공 할 수 없도록 막아놨다?? 이런 답변?? 이해 않됩니다. 현지에서 연락 드린대로 보상부분 신경써서 처리 바랍니다. 그리고, SITE운영 똑바로 하시기 바랍니다.

It's an apartment not a hotel.
So this was a nice concept but there were issues with my stay. First the building name and the name listed on the hotels.com booking are not the same. The building is called the Vermont and you are booking an apt not a hotel room. Second the owners had parental controls on the tv so I wasn't unable to watch anything with a rating of M. Lastly the area was run down filled with homeless people and reeked of urine. Causing me to not want to leave the room. Lastly and this really mad me mad I was there for 2 nights and but had to pay 40.00 for parking. My issue isn't the cost is that I didn't not see that on the listing. I think this is fine for long stays but not for a short 2 day stay. #disappointed

Don't Do It !!!
The use the Key card to go on elevators every single time you go anywhere. The main TV in living room did not work on a Monday Night football Game .. It was a nightmare we had go to FatBurgers that had a nice size TV so we could watch the game but I paid $360 for one night and No TV All Night . Not a happy camper at all .
