Muy buena, habitaciones no muy grandes, súper cómodos. Amenidades si necesitan mejorar. Servicio de alimentos un poco limitado pero lo poco que hay es muy bueno.

Las instalaciones del hotel están bien, no es la gran maravilla, pero tiene buen mantenimiento. El tema del estacionamiento es un abuso excesivo pagar más de 50 usd por este rubro. Pagas una tarifa de 42.00 usd. y un extra de 2 impuestos una locura. Hice mi reserva para pagar alrededor de 28 mil pesos y terminé pagando casi 40 mil. Honestamente volver a LA, este hotel no es la opción. Invitado a no regresar

Excelente opción para ir y venir de Universal. Llegamos a dormir, al siguiente día shuttle te lleva a universal y por la tarde el shuttle te regresa y a dormir. Está a 5 minutos de Universal. Por un extra incluye desayuno, snacks and dinner. La atención del equipo de lobby y lounge club excelente. La atención del valet y shuttle ummm no so good.

Me and my family really liked the great service each member of the hotel staff provided us throughout our stay. Everyone was great. Except for one guy who rudely asked me to move my car while i was standing for less than a minute waiting for my wife and kids to hop on.

En general el hotel es lindo y limpio, pese a que las habitaciones no son muy amplias, tienen lo necesario, las camas comodas con suficientes almohadas y todos los días hacen limpieza, cambian las toalla y ponen agua y cafe. El personal amable. Nos fue muy practico porque hay transporte a Universal Studios cada 10 minutos.

Muy bueno para ir al parque
Excelente para visitar Universal Studiis parl y Iniversal City walk. Hay shuttle al parque. Buen servicio y amenidades, el hotel ya esta un poco viejo y nos tocó renovación de elevadores. Muy recomendable.

Muy buen hotel y excelente ubicación
El hotel y la habitación son de primera! Muy cómodo y limpio! Todo el personal es muy amable y atento. Esta a solo 10 minutos caminando el Parque UNIVERSAL STUDIOS HOLLYWOOD y UNIVERSAL CITY WALK, también hay Transportacion de cortesía del Parque hacía y desde el hotel cada 10 minutos aproximadamente.
