The stay was terrible, at 3am someone started knocking on our door, we decided to ignore it, believing it was a guest looking for their room and on the fourth occasion they opened our door, luckily it was locked from the inside, I asked what was happening and only A woman responded that it was internal cleaning and that she was carrying towels, but it is false, she was trying to steal from us, I called the reception to complain and they did nothing, they said it was just a mistake, and in the morning when we left they offered to return 30 dollars, but they did not do it , they agree to steal La estancia fue terrible, a las 3am alguien comenzo a tocar a nuestra puerta, decidimos no hacer caso, creyendo que era algun huesped buscando su habitacion y a la cuarta ocasion abrieron nuestra puerta, por suerte la tenia asegurada por dentro, pregunte que ocurria y solo una mujer respondio que era limpieza interna y que llevaba toallas, pero es falso, pretendia robarnos, llame a recepcion para quejarme y no hicieron nada, dijeron que solo fue un error, y a la maña cuando salimos ofrecieron devolver 30 dolares, pero no lo hicieron, estan de acuerdo para robar

Al momento se mi check out me hicieron un cargo ajeno a mi reservación. Y si hay estacionamiento, pero cuesta 50dlls el día.

We understand that parking in Los Angeles can quickly add up but do know that our rates remain competitive for the area and for those that do not wish to utilize our valet service, there are several self parking lots in the area that are not associated with the Delphi Hotel and may offer lower rates if you do not mind a short walk to and from your car. Las instalaciones comunes son bonitas y limpias pero la habitación no fue cómoda, la cama estaba puesta casi sobre el suelo y era muy incómodo acostarse y levantarse. El estacionamiento lo cobran aparte en 55 dólares y el servicio de valet parking fue horrible, demoraron aproximadamente 45 minutos en traerme mi carro e incluso trajeron otros carros antes de personas que llegaron después de mi, además de que lo etiquetaron mal y no sabían donde lo habían puesto y mi esposo tuvo que ir a buscarlo al estacionamiento. Me siento muy decepcionada ya que considero que el servicio no vale el precio que pagué.

Nuestra estadía estuvo fantástica. Hotel lindo y limpio. Super grande, comodo, moderno y chic. No podemos creer que encontráramos eso a tal precio. Personal super amable y servicial. Nuestra única queja es con el estacionamiento. Nos dijeron que no forma parte del hotel, aunque esta justo al lado y tiene una de sus entradas que da con el estacionamiento. La maquina para pagar el mismo nos robo varias veces. Una ves absorbía el $ , salía fuera de servicio. Y así nos hizo varias veces. En cuanto al hotel todo bien. Deberían tomar cartas en el asunto del estacionamiento. O sugerirnos otras opciones.

Pésimo servicio poca amabilidad
Quería dar 200 dólares cash por la garantía pero sólo es aceptado con tarjeta la garantía por una noche me tuvieron 1 hora porque según ellos me hacían el favor ,en la piscina había limones agarre uno para mi agua y una molesta mujer me dijo que no toque que eran para el uso del bar ridiculos !! Al hacer check out le volvieron a cobrar una noche más cuando reclame porque tenia el recibo que ya había dejado pagado online me devolvieron , pero para esto y que ellos verifiquen psi 1 hora en resumen pésimo servicio y poca amabilidad ..a esa piscina deberían ponerle música

The hotel was great. It was brunch that was awful. Had the worst and weirdest server experience. The red head. She was rude & we all are severs so it was upsetting to see she didn’t deserve a tip. Then made a huge scene about it when she was left with a zero. Made the experience so sad.
