Expedia nunca me informó que la alberca estaba en reparación y que varias partes del hotel también de hecho la alberca tiene un año cerrada y yo fui específicamente a la alberca también, está carísima la habitación como para que estén remodelación y no me avisen de eso y sobre todo la alberca cerrada

Frecuente servicio de transporte al aeropuerto. Habitación amplia y muy cómoda. Personal muy amable. Nos permitieron hacer un registro temprano. El bar es un poco pequeño y no hay muchas opciones de alimentación cerca.

No pude llegar a la ocupación de la habitación porque me cambiaron mi vuelo por problemas de aterrizaje por la tormenta de ese día viernes 24 de febrero. Solicité de su apoyo para el reembolso de la habitación y no he recibido ninguna ayuda al respecto . Me gustaría algo de consideración .

Buena relación precio y calidad.
El hotel tiene varios años de construcción pero esta muy bien mantenido y cuidado. Los cuartos parece que están recién remodelados. Me volvería a quedar ahi.

Pésimo Pésimo Pésimo servicio, al llegar con mi auto me mandaron al estacionamiento de atrás, el servicio de Valet según sus empleados estaba lleno, si hay espacio en el estacionamiento y hay personal no se el porque negaron, al dia siguiente no hicieron limpieza en la habitación que porque se tenia que programar, nunca me lo informaron lo peor cuando era al siguiente dia el check out la habitación se quedo sin agua sin luz, sin aire acondicionado tuve que bañarme con la luz de mi celular con lo poco que quedo de agua en la llave, lo peor empleados fumando hierba en el estacionamiento nunca regresare
