El hotel es una pasada. Por poner un par de peros, el agua del jacuzzi no salía muy caliente y el sofá algo incómodo porque te escurrias.

La habitación era tal cual se veía en las fotos, estaba todo muy limpio y el jacuzzi era grande y funcionaba bien. Muy buena estancia, el hombre de la entrada super simpático y atento.

El hotel desprende un fuerte olor a perfume. La habitación no tenía ventana al exterior y por las noches no quedaba oscura como consecuencia de la luz que entraba del rellano.

La habitación, una suite, preciosa. Problema, no hay cobertura de Movistar y el wifi funciona a ratos. Lo peor, el último día y la última noche, imposible conectarse al WIFI.

El hotel es limpio aun cuando le falta un poco de mantenimiento, el primer día el aire acondicionado no tenia pila y la manguera de la ducha estaba muy gastada, cuando realice la reservación decía habitación para 4 personas con 4 camas individuales y finalmente me asignaron una habitación con una cama matrimonial y un sofá cama.

La mejor opcion en la zona!
Muy bonito y limpio, la habitacion un poco pequeña pero es lo que se espera en esa zona de Madrid. La atencion excelente! El unico detalle del hotel es que el internet en la habitacion cuesta 10€ por dia... Eso si, en el lobby es gratis

Diseño divertido, limpio, cómodo.
Todo estaba perfecta en la habitación. Me gusta este estilo original. Muy cómodo y limpio. La televisión tenia canales aburridos. Las recepcionistas eren un poco apáticas. El chico/señor de la mañana, mucho más simpático. Me ha sorprendido que había WIFI pero tenia que pagar 10 Euros. Naturalmente no he pagado porque solo lo necesitaba para una hora. He estado en muchos hoteles últimamente y siempre el WIFI ha sido gratis. No volvería a este hotel por esta razón.

Disappointing
Clearly still having a lot of work done on improvements which was disappointing. The quality of the rooms, bathrooms was poor. Our toilet door consisted of an unpainted sheet of hardboard with a handle screwed onto it which you couldn't close anyway.

Great staff and location - room not so great
Super nice staff, very friendly and helpful. And the location is perfect. But our room was smelly, and there was a machine next to it continuously making a lot of noise, so opening the windows to refresh the atmosphere was not an option. Also, we had booked a room for three guests but were informed that a supplement was required in order to install a third bed. Not a big deal, but not nice.

The hotel and my room were beautifully designed. A marvel for the eyes! There was even a bath in my room. However the TV did not work nor the projector. ( I had hoped to watch a movie). Shower could also have been cleaned a little more thoroughly (hair in one corner). The staff was generally nice but my room was not ready at 3 pm —which is already a late check in — and there was a bit of a wait. No big deal in the best of times — but I was tired after an international trip. Room for improvement!

The bathrooms are so incredibly small my husband kept hitting his head against the wall in there-almost claustrophobic. The showers don’t have a place to set down the shampoo bottle. The carpet feels old but the bed is comfortable.

Hotel was walking distance from the main strip . The staff was friendly the whole stay . The staff did little things like give us a welcome gift with water and sweets which was extremely nice . The rooms have been retro fitted to be comfy and they were clean . The room was a little quirky and the shower was strong and plenty of hot water .

TOT NOOIT MEER !!
De problemen begonnen reeds bij aankomst. Bij het zien van ons hondje ( mini-Maltezer van 1,5 kg en waarvoor zo maar eventjes 25 euro per nacht werd betaald, ja inderdaad 25 euro !) werd onze voorziene kamer direct omgeboekt naar een eenpersoonskamer, die had hij niet op het eerste verdiep gelegen, een verre kelderkamer zou geweest zijn. Het uitzicht op een volle muur. Aan de drie kapstokken die aanwezig waren konden we niet, want al hun oude en niet-gebruikte zaken hadden ze hier samengebracht, grote stukken die de piepkleine kamer nog kleiner maakte. Toilet, douche en lavabo waren in de slaapkamer. Dat was design zegden ze. Het koffieapparaat deed het ook niet. Na veel gepalaver kregen we 's anderendaags een andere kamer voor 2 personen ( waarschijnlijk de eerst voorziene kamer) een kamer met een gescheiden badkamer. 's anderendaags morgens zochten we het ONTBIJTBUFFET op. In een klein plaatsje ( 4 ronde kleine tafeltjes - maximum 10 personen) moesten we op geluk van zegen hopen op een plaatsje. Het BUFFET vonden we nergens en we werden geserveerd aan de tafel met een toost, één sneetje kaas en ham, een mini-croissant en een mini-donut. En dat alles voor de prijs van 7,50 euro. O ja een kop koffie kon er ook nog van af. 4 dagen lang en steeds hetzelfde. Hadden we geweten dat het ontbijt nog niet was betaald bij de kamer hadden we elders gegeten, want in de buurt waren veel zaken waar men goed en gevarieerd kon ontbijten In de garage kon je moeilijk in en uit rijden.

Dear Guest, First of all, we would like to regret you did not enjoy your stay with us because of the charges for your dog. We do accept dogs eventhough it is not worth it for hotels. All our rooms are doble, they can be use for individual use but any of them are individual; We have diferents categories as doble petit, superior, Junior Suite and Suite for four people. The petit as we want to be clear is what it means, small. Different categories with diferents prices so many people could book the one that fits them better. We have continental breakfast, we consider it is a wide range with orange juice, fruit, hot drink, Payés toast with cheese, jam and tomato, buttler and ham and a few pastries covers every taste for 7.5€. You wont find a buffet breakfast for less than 15€ anywere in Europe, not in any city center. Nevertheless when people are more than two days with us and they request something diferent we do our best to modify their breakfast. We regret you did not ask us for further help, we are delighted to offer you diferent option when possible Nevertheless we hope you have enjoy Madrid. Regards

Our reason for staying at this hotel was its location, which is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. We got upsold on a pricier room, which we were told was excellent and equipped with things like a jacuzzi and a projector. None of these additional luxuries actually worked. (Incidentally, neither did the coffee maker in the room.) A word to the wise: if you're staying here, go for a no frills approach. What makes the place good is its location. Perfect if you want to stay in the neighborhood of Malasaña. Otherwise, as for the rooms and service, no complaints at all. Totally pleasant and clean.

Hotellet lå rigtig dejligt.Hurtig indtjekning af venligt personale.Værelset lidt lille med lidt skabsplads til 2 personer.Sengen lidt for smal.Havde glædet os til jazuci,som vi desværre ikke fik til at fungere.

Super perfect boutique Hotel, close to city. Walking distance to the Puerto de la Sol. The center of Madrid. We loved our room - small but cosy and with details. We got ’breakfast’ kit in a Paper bag every morning. The bathroom standard could be better. And We didnt get led lights under the bed which We had booked and the jacuzzi only worked IF you had paid extra... We didnt but Used it as a bathtube. Unfortanetely the ’bar’ was closed daytime. The area is cool, Many small restaurants - easy to get a Table.

Very neat, tidy, friendly boutique hotel. Loved it and would highly recommend it. Very neat decor and helpful staff. They left a sweet pastry and bottle of water at my door for check out.
