Relájese y vea los amaneceres y bribones desde su gran terraza y muelle con vista a uno de los lagos más limpios de New Hampshire. Pleasant Lake es un lago de 479 acres ideal para nadar, pescar y pasear en bote, y estarás a una puerta abierta de todo en Deerfield, NH.

Nuestra casa de vacaciones limpia y ordenada frente al lago tiene un plano de planta abierto de más de 1300 pies cuadrados con acogedoras paredes de pino nudoso, 5 ventiladores de techo y nuevas ventanas en los 4 lados de la casa. Vistas al lago y brisa fresca abundan!

Hay 2 dormitorios grandes, cada uno con una cómoda cama king size y una cama individual adicional. El comedor tiene acceso a la cocina equipada. También incluimos sábanas de algodón y toallas interiores y exteriores para su estancia. Hay wifi, una mesa de trabajo con protector contra sobretensiones, un televisor de pantalla plana con Roku y un reproductor de DVD, así como una selección de DVD y juegos de mesa familiares.

Afuera, hay una gran terraza con parrilla de gas, mesa de picnic con sombrilla, tumbonas y mucho más. Baja de la cubierta a tu propio muelle privado. También hay una plataforma para nadar, 2 kayaks, un bote de remos y otros juguetes para el lago que puedes usar si lo deseas, incluidos. Fuera de la parte delantera de la casa hay un patio de ladrillo con una fogata con vistas al lago y al bosque. Nuestro camino privado está pavimentado y la propiedad está muy bien cuidada.

A nivel local, hay restaurantes y tiendas en 10-20 minutos. Si desea aventurarse desde Deerfield, estará a una corta distancia de muchas atracciones de New Hampshire: 20 minutos al Parque Estatal Bear Brook, 25 minutos a Concord, 45 minutos a Portsmouth o Hampton Beach en la costa de NH, 1 hora a El comienzo del Bosque Nacional White Mountain (hogar del Monte Washington, el pico más alto al este del Mississippi). Boston, MA está a aproximadamente 1,5 horas de distancia.

Excellent Experience
The stay at Pleasant Lake was wonderful. Kathy and her husband were great hosts and very personable. The property was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. In addition the amenities were so complete there wasn't a single item we needed that was not already considered and readily available. Would definitely rent this property again in the future and can't say enough good things about our experience.

COULDN'T BE BETTER!
Look no further if you're planning a beautiful New Hampshire vacation! Kathy and Will, your hosts, have just what you're looking for! Their spacious cottage on the water's edge has all the high-end amenities you'll ever need, including a full-size refrigerator with ice maker; comfortable bedding with additional blankets for cooler weather; plenty of thick, white bath towels and even beach towels; use of paddle boat, row boat, etc. And the washer/dryer was so convenient. Our stay was at the end of September 2021 and at day's end we enjoyed a glass of wine in front of the fireplace! If your stay is during the summer . . . take the wine out on the deck and enjoy the Lake! It's almost a full guarantee of summer/fall pleasure . . . . Martha M.

Very nice cottage!
This is a spacious cottage with all the comforts of home. Plenty of towels were provided, along with paper towels, TP and napkins. We enjoyed having meals on the large deck overlooking the lake. Also made good use of the kayaks and paddle boat. The owners live next door and were available if needed but certainly respected our privacy. Highly recommend this cottage!

A Wonderful Vacation on Pleasant Lake!
We just returned from our Pleasant Lake trip and this property is 5 stars all the way! Kathy and Will are the most accommodating hosts. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can possibly be! They also offer boat rides around the lake which is an added bonus! The property is the cleanest of any place we ever rented and their attention to detail from labeled light switches, snacks & drinks, hotel-like bedding and towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and decorative touches makes this a standout property for renters. We already made reservations for next summer we enjoyed it so much! And, I don't want to forget their dog Jackson who just loves boat rides and people! Thanks Kathy and Will for making our vacation unforgettable!

First Guests of the season
As the first guests of the season, we were thrilled to arrive at such a beautiful cottage. We were drawn in with the drive down the driveway with a view of the lake and the charming loons nest. Kathy was there to greet us and help us set up-- she was so friendly and helpful. The weather was picture perfect so we were able to test out all of the water activities. The cottage was pristine and though the kitchen is fully outfitted with every gadget, we chose to take advantage of the bbq. We dined outside for every meal, taking full advantage of the sunlight. Daily pontoon rides with Kathy and Will gave us a wonderful opportunity to get to know our hosts and learn about the area. Rise early to see the amazing sunrises over the lake--it's a picture you'll never forget. We were sad our schedule did not allow us to extend our stay--we would have in a heart beat. We highly recommend this cottage and are already looking at our 2022 calendar to ensure we get a booking for next year!

Great spot, great house and great host!
Really enjoyed ourselves and can't say enough nice things about the house, the location and the host. Quaint, well-appointed (just about everything you would expect and some unexpected amenities, too!) and the perfect spot for a lakefront getaway. Looking forward to coming back next year when we can take advantage of all the water toys and enjoy the foliage again. Thanks again, Kathy! See you next year!

A true hidden gem!!
I wish I could give this rental 10 stars...it was that great!! I've stayed in many VRBO properties and this, by far, was the best. The house is just as it is listed and the pictures are accurate. For me and my family what made our vacation here so special were the hosts Kathy and Will. They go out of their way to be sure that you have the best vacation possible. We went on daily pontoon rides, had a refrigerater filled with drinks, snacks available that my husband enjoyed (even though Jackson, their dog, thought they were treats for him), got to enjoy "Deerfield Fair" snacks baked by Kathy too. Everything you need is here at the house. When we come back in July I now know all I need is my clothes and a toothbrush. Thank you so much Kathy and Will for a much needed Covid break.

Peace and fun
This space provided a great opportunity for rest, relaxation and fun. We loved that it was “off the beaten path” and seemed like really getting away from the hassles of everyday life. This was a great place to entertain family with things to do for everyone, including just sitting in the sun to visit. It was clean in and around the property and was very welcoming, as were Kathy and Will, who couldn’t have been more kind.
