Hard to get to and from. Room not that clean. No sheets on bed and cook Roche’s every where had to call someone every night. Would never stay there again.

立地最悪。 wifi利用の旅の場合はさらに最悪。 ロビー、周りでwifiなし。 立地最悪でタクシーしかないが、タクシーがつかまらない。grab呼ぶにも部屋に帰る以外wifiは繋がらない。まわりには飲食、コンビニなし、レストランなし。 とにかくひどい。不便がここまで重なるのはすごい。

No ownership by staff to put the client first. We arrived around 2 AM, having made a late booking. The staff was not familiar with our booking, could not accept our payment through the CC terminal and do not have parking for our car. We were given the option to park on the street, at our own risk, and they told us the parking was full. What was disappointing here was the staff just asked us to wait but did not provide any solutions for us to go to the room. As you can imagine, we were quite tired because it was the birthday of my girlfriend and we had come from a dinner but didn’t want to drive home (as she lives quite far). By booking - we understood that the hotel might be lull, due to the time, but we never expected the Hotel not to be able to manage their clients. The other thing we noticed was many of the guests were mainland Chinese, we’re Chinese Filipinos so I think the staff initially treated us the same way as their ruder guests and didn’t take ownership because they thought they could take advance of the “foreign” aspect, assuming we wouldn’t know how the Philippine market is. Eventually we were given a room by 3 AM, no parking was given and the staff woke us up by 8 AM to move our car. When we arrived at the room, it was not ready. Disappointed because of the quality of service at the property, and lack of customer service. It felt like we had to “take risks” as guests of the hotel because they could not assure the safety and quality of the stay.

마카티에서 가성비 추천할 만한 숙소입니다.
마카티에 인접했지만 마카티는 아닙니다. 숙소는 금액대비 너무 좋았구요. 시설도 좋았습니다. 다만 숙소에서 시내로 나갈 때 숙소 바로 앞에서 부터 극심한 교통체증이 있어서 숙소에서 다른 장소를 오갈 때 조금은 불편했습니다. 그런 점을 감안하더라도 다음에 다시 숙박할 의향은 99%입니다.

There are small roaches seen on the fridge, we had to request for replacement as the first induction cooker was not working fine, and they don't provide daw basahan sa sahig, idk why pero we had to use a carton as a floormat.

It was Great! an Orientation on where the utensils are would be good, And the pillow case of the smaller pillows feels like dusts are stuck on them, :) If you change those i think it would be awesome! great stay!

no water during the day, they limit it to 5-9am and 6-10pm only. they never answer the phone so if you have any inquiries or you want to change/cancel reservation, you cannot because they dont answer the phone. ive booked thru expedia which they were very helpful but the siglo suites itself doesnt help at all. they leave you hanging. you will pass the 24hours change/cancelation period. and you dont get any refund. so i will not come back to them ever again. i do not recommend them. it is also not accessible to public transport and is far from restaurants and stores

Room 3617 Service was great, front desk always helpful and friendly. Beds and linen of good quality, comfortable. Taxis and grab easy to get. No restaurants or cafes near but grab food readily available. Lots of security, felt safe. Only problem was luke warm water, water restrictions we had to live with. Breakfast was basic omelettes and a few other choices but very tasty, cheap and the service of the staff was excellent. Pool on 53rd floor was great to cool off. Didnt have to pay for that pool only the lap pool by the gym so with a family chose not to swim there. Only problem in room was a smell from single toilet area, we kept the door shut to that empty laundry area. Also the shower leaked in the single toilet area. Bathroom off living room and bedroom was great.

今回、家族3人で3泊4日の旅行に3ベットルームのコンドミニアムタイプを 選択しました。 設備等は問題無いです。Wifiも快適。ただ歯ブラシやシャンプーは無かった。 シャワーの水量や温度等不満無いです。また日々の掃除やタオルの交換も、 ホテル並みです。 施設内のプール、ジム等も無料で使う事が出来ました。 ただ場所が少し中心地から離れている為、周りは何も無く、タクシーでの移動が 必須です。 泊まる建物はNiagara(ナイアガラ)棟ですが、チェックインやアウトは、 隣のSatherland(サザーランド)棟で行います。少し不便かと。 部屋から見えるロックウェルの夜景は絶景です。

There are no facilities around no restaurants or cafe and grocery shop. I have to take a taxi to buy food. Swimming pool and Gym in the hotel requires a lot of money(use one time each other 500 peso) . All of employees unkindly.

Beautiful view from high rise. WiFi Internet never worked right or for more than a few hours. Beautiful view but in a remote hard to get to location for taxi or Grab pickup. nothing close by to walk to for any small shopping snacks.

Lovely Vacation.
The room is clean and have a very comfy bed.Staff is helpful.The only need attention is the elavator.Its seem's the sensor is not properly working.Many times it was bump me,and i noticed couple of guest have same experienced too.

This property look clean but that can be deceiving because our unit had roaches and under the kitchen had very bad smell like sewage, but ew try to avoid open the cabinet much as possible. I know cleaning crew knew it to because they came everyday to clean. But the location is not the best because all the construction going on. But this is a beautiful place to stay and many of resort things you can use but if you had a child and want to use kiddie pool or other kid perk and then you have to pay a hefty fee for only 90 mins. each day. We were told at 4:30 pm we could take our 3 year old daughter to pool but what they not tell us at the time that we would have to pay 500 peso each for 90 min. that 1500 peso for us a family of three. We was told that Pebblestone was for long guest. BUT why do pay 18.95 a night resort fee when booking.. Some staff was friendly when other act if they didn`t want us there not speak or even hold the door open or greet you when we would arrived. MANAGEMENT SHOULD HOLD A CUSTOMER SEMINAR BECAUSE THIS REORT COULD USE IT. Maybe they should go over to the Knightbridge Resideance and see how they greet you and open and close the door.

地點不優 太隱密,司機跟警衛確認了很久 警衛也搞不清楚。明明一開始就只有四支叉子退房的時候說房間少2支,硬是要我們賠(一支350p),我們錯就錯在一開始發現有少沒有馬上跟他們反應,但是室內電話不能用,樓下警衛也搞不清楚狀況,有什麼事都要自己跑去隔壁棟櫃檯,非常不方便!
