The staff receive English speaking people for years and so far as I understand we have always been able to communicate with our guest and not just in English, French, Spanish, Arabic and berber. This was a pleasure for the all team to receive you and maybe next time, wherever you stay, if the place is unclean or something is wrong, just let people on site know,they can double check with you and correct it, if this is really unclean.
