It's what you'd expect from an all inclusive. Sugary flavoured syrup drinks and repetitive food. I wish they had more activities and things to do for kids when the pools are closed. The kids really enjoyed the adjacent water park. No lines. But it's pretty basic.

Good value for money.
Hotel room was good. Staff were friendly and excellent. The entertainment crew were very engaging and made the kids and adults felt entertained. Food was good except same style of food almost every day. What was disappointing was the water of the pools at the water park were too cold to enjoy. The two heated once were not warm enough for cold season. In all, it was good value for money.

Very nice hotel. Waterpark was great. Wifi was unreliable though. Excellent food in the all inclusive and free shuttle to city centre was a bonus.

Le séjour était bien et nous a beaucoup plu. Seul hic, un buffet quasi identique pendant 15 jours. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le personnel est professionnel et au service des clients. Les piscines et aquapark sont top pour des vacances avec enfants.

Everything thing about this place is average even food it’s the same thing every day for the 8 nights we stayed in, would I call it 5 star hotel or 5 star hotel food? NO

Il y avais plein de fourmis dans notre chambre, propreté moyen, le confort très décevant et la direction n'a aucune réponse à nous donner...Nous avons l'habitude de voyage avec nos enfants, nous sommes extrêmement déçu de ce complexe. Le seul point positif a été les équipes d'animation. Le rapport qualité / prix n'est pas du tout au rendez vous.

This is not a five star property and this needs to be changed. It is unfair on guests to advertise this as five stars, this is what is resulting in negative reviews. If you are used to staying in 5 star hotels, do not book this, you will be wasting your money and will be needing another holiday after this. If you are used to staying in 3/4 star then this will be perfect for you.

All the staff were very attentive, polite and friendly they made my stay less stressful and enjoyable. Great choices of breakfast,lunch and dinner. Great for families, couples and single people.

Stayed over xmas & the only highlight was the sun & the friends we went with!No food for late arrivals.charged for food despite being told it would be free that first night!Food took over 2hrs we got at 2am;our kids went to sleep tired & hungry.Not ALL INCLUSIVE unlike similar resorts we were charged for:All ice cream-not even basic scoop icecream offered;Shuttle service free oneway not both;Only 1 restaurant/sun bar/snack bar was inc.; other restaurants/lounge not. Food mediocre & repetitive more about decorative than taste. No other range was offered only on Xmas eve (turkey).Not much options for kids.Tea options ltd to lipton/green/morrocon.Staff generally lacked a smile. Only 1 staff was consistent! Management avoided us throughout holiday.Not even asked at the checkout if stay was satisfactory!Entertainment is grp of 5 friendly people who provide ALL entertainment which became repetitive & limited esp for kids.Again for a 5star resort more external entertainers should have been brought in.In rooms Showers leaked; Ant infestation;Cleaners left dirty rags;Dirty towels were refolded;No kettle/hot drink station in rooms;No cups given with the water. Aqua Park Not fully opened - only 1 slide.All pools were freezing & heated by sun!Advise is to time visits when sun is at its peak.didnt see why they were opened over winter.We paid for a 5 star aqua park resort but got 3star. The hotel has alot of potential to better.

Highly recommend this hotel
This hotel was so warm and friendly, it is perfect for travelling with children. All the staff were excellent, extremely clean rooms, wonderful facilities and delicious food. Thank you for a memorable family holiday, I will certainly be back as soon as I can!

Great location just 15 minutes from the airport, close to get transfer into town, or other site seeing places. The water park was a win for the kids! Food was outstanding every day. Good gym facilities and excellent massages on offer. Staff were brilliant- especially Raf, Mousse, Hind, Simo to name a few. Beds were super comfortable and rooms were large. Some quieter rooms some closer and busier which we chose to be close to the pool side. Excellent all around

Just terrible
Food ,so bad ,we spent 2 days in our room being ill. Management are just shocking dont care about the guest or evan their staff at all. Entertainment is so boring and nothing to do after 11 when drinks stop aswell. Hotel is very tired and needs a repaint,only reception is nice . Drinks are very limited and not good at all ,very cheap alcohol is used. This is far from a 5 star resort its a 3 star at best ,the only good thing about this resort is the bar staff are nice and waiters bit that is it ,please dont waste your money stay in a riad in the centre you will have a better time

Water park with no water!
We booked for my daughter's second Birthday. First day they gave us a room, where the bathroom didn't have a pleasant smell they refused to change our room only until my husband kicked up a fuss. We was given a room where there was no hot water! Only cold water dripping slowly.. called reception was told someone will come to fix it... No one came to fix it! My Husband had to go with soap all over his body and in a towel downstairs just for them to send a man upstairs with a screwdriver! We have a video with evidence they weren't interested!Asked for an iron was first told it will cost.. then when I said I've had no hot water and now you want to charge me for an iron?! I was told it will be with me within 10 minutes waited 30 minutes only to be told they can't give me an iron due to health and safety reason! I would avoid booking this hotel. The kids slides don't have enough water running through them my daughter was stuck inside my husband had to go inside to go get my petrified child! they say kid friendly but no life guard around! Staff on reception aren't helpful! The bar staff are lovely.

Be weary of a tummy bug
The rooms are nice as is the pool. There is a lot of illness, due I think to poor hygiene with most guests needing to stay close to the facilities. This site for no known reason says there are transfers to and from the hotel. These are only one way to the hotel. Oddly the hotel comes up with extra charges. Overall a nice stay but not all is right with the place

Une honte.
Le lendemain de notre arrivée, le 2 juin, après le passage des femmes de chambre, mes AirPods ont disparus de la chambre. Après le signalement à la réception, obligées de courir après les responsables pendant toute la semaine de "vacances" pour avoir des nouvelles. RIEN n'a été fait. Je n'ai eu ni remboursement de mon bien VOLÉ, ni geste commercial, rien du tout, comme si tout cela était normal. On parle quand même d'écouteurs à 200€. Je déconseille formellement cet hôtel, c'est honteux.

Chère Madame, Vous avez effectivement déclaré cet incident à notre réception. Nous avons alors suivi notre procédure, très stricte : Audition des femmes de chambre, lecture électronique des entrées-sorties de votre suite et recherche auprès de notre service objets trouvés. Nous vous avons aussi montré les écouteurs stockés dans ce service, mais aucun ne correspondait. Aucun élément ne démontre un vol. Nous vous avons demandé de déposer une plaine, mais vous avez refusé, ce qui nous a quelque peu surpris. Il est fréquent que des clients oublient leurs écouteurs aux piscines ou au restaurant et pense ensuite les avoir laissé dans leur chambre, jusqu’au moment de les retrouver à notre service objet trouvés. Quoi qu’il en soit, aucun élément n’a été décelé pouvant mettre en cause la responsabilité de l’hôtel ou de son personnel. Sachez également que Eden Andalou applique une tolérance zéro extrêmement dissuasive envers ses équipes à ce sujet. Note; chaque suite dispose d’un coffre-fort à votre disposition.
