The bath tube was broken and they could not change us from any room. The price I received at the check in was different than the one on the website. Then they could not change us any pillows because the ones on the room were too soft. So, not a good experience.

Te recomiendo que Incluyas el desayuno en tu reservación, ya que es un desayuno completo con huevo a tu gusto, tocino, salchicha, papa además de pan fruta cereal yogurt cafe etc. Los cuartos, camas y almohadas son comodas. Todo el personal siempre fue atento y servicial, recepcion, restaurante bar, y camaristas. Gracias!

Buen servicio en general con buena atención por parte del personal. Vale la pena pagar el adicional para desayunar ya que es un desayuno completo. Nos topamos con pequeñas hormiguitas alrededor del azúcar en una de las mesas del comedor y fallo la impresora del centro de negocio. Tienen un área de gimnasio buena que utilice todos los días y una alberca de buen tamaño. Estuvimos muy agusto en el cuarto que además contaba con micro y un mini refri. Tienen servicio de cortesía de café y también hay golosinas y bebidas que puedes comprar a un lado de la recepción. Muy recomendable el Hotel.
