The hotel ran out of water in the toilet many times during day and night, they do not provide towels unless you ask for it , no Iron available, away from all public transport, walking is 25 minutes from Haram not very convenient for all prayers. WIFI is only available in the main hall and do not work all the time. Make sure you have good phone data service otherwise you will be stuck.

It was worst experience what was mentioned while booking nothing is there very bad rooms no cleaness no wifi Avaliable no avalible for breakfast have to walk 5 to 8 kilometers to find restaurant taxi is not avalible what I paid was not worth for this junk hotel

No room service no towels very poor customer service no hospitality, overall they say they'll send room service and they lie. Very hot water you can't able to shower.

The rate is okay with type of hotel. The locación is aceptable to walk to haram area, but surrounding the hotel at night is kind of dark and like dead end zone. It's another option place to stay when you didn't get one that closer enough to haram, if you're staying for religious purpouse. Overall, it's good hotel with affordable rate.

You got what you pay for it
Too far from masjid nabawi, about 15-20 mins walk. But they do have shuttle bus for each prayer so no problem. The service is poor but the price is perfect.

It was very good stay. Before every praying there was a bus. The driver is very nice and cooperative. Near the hotel there are possibilities to buy from the supermarket.

الاسعار اعلى من السوق بكثير فى فترة الاقامة بل أعلى من الفنادق المواجه للحرم ببوابة 7 ، والصور المعروضة للشقة المؤجرة بمستوى أعلى بكثير من الحقيقة ، ولا يوجد خدة انترنت متاحة كما هو معلن حيث الانترنت متاح فقط فى الاستقبال ، واتصلت واشتكيت لموقع Hotels.com , ووعدونى بالرد ولم يهتموا بالشكوى ولا بالرد

ربما الغرف العلويه افضل او الغرف الفاخره
لم استمتع بمكان الاقامه مافى اثاث .. فقط أسره ربما لان غرفتى لم تكن فاخره ! ؟ ولا اعلم هل باقى الغرف كذا او لأ .؟ المبنى جديد ، لكن الفرش والأثاث يبدو كأنه من الحراج .

Very uneducated staff don't speak English at all , no tea coffee in room , no tv remote no chair or sufa no bathroom clothes hanger no hanger very bad service price was expensive they asking me to pay more money although i paid everything online they could not found my booking in system in fact that don't known how to use computer properly

Worst hotel ever
prepaid to Expedia but the manager Lutvi made us pay again! When we spoke with him he said that there is a problem with expedia payments and he does not get the money. No I just spoke to expedia and they saud he should not have done that, they called him and apparently he will pay back the money within 24 hours. Someone is lying. Staff were very rude and not helpful, they did not help with luggage, they did not even know the wifi password! The television did not work, my 3 children were promised it would be fixed 3 times the caretaker said he would return to fix it and 3 times he never came back. The mattress on the bed leaned to one 3 of the 4 beds in the room The room floor was dusty, the beds smelled, the sink had no cover, the water was too hot, the AC had no way of controlling speed because it was broken, there was no tissue in the toilet, there were no towels and the so called 24 hour cafe was never open. This place is a joke and I advise all to stay away.

التأخر في تسكين الدخول بسبب التعامل مع hotels وان الحجز مسؤول عنه موظف آخر ، الغرفة ليست كما الصور ، المنطقة غير ملائمة تماما ، عدم الاهتمام بالنظافة بالممرات ، لايوجد سنترال ، الانترنت يعمل في الاستقبال والممرات ولا يعمل داخل الغرفة

Attention Probleme de syncro avec hotels.comi
A l'attention des futurs visiteurs. Dans cette ville la reservation n'est pas aussi ferme qu'on le croit. Quand je suis arrive on m'a laisse entendre qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre. J'ai dit "Et ma reservation" Reponse "On a notifie Hotel.com qu'on est complet mais ils n'ont pas repercute l'info". Il a fallu un long palabre pour qu'on me donne une chambre.
