No está acondicionado como hotel, es más un motel y no es muy familiar que digamos.

mal servicio
no me gusto el servicio del hotel, al llegar me dijeron que tenia reservadas 2 noches y cuando sali al siguiente dia, llege a las 2:30 pm y me dijeron que mi cuarto ya habia vencido y que ya debia 340 pesos x las hrs que pasaron, cuando fui a recojer mis cosas iba de prisa y la muchacha que iba a revisar mi cuarto me dijo que aunque me apurara no iba a poder entrar hasta que ella me abriera xqe estaba cerrado, que grosera, me molesto mucho su comentario.

The only thing is .this is a motel which is nice but you need to have a key in case you go somewhere .you don't want no one to get in into your room that's for sure other then that it was great room service very good

The room was clean but did not feel safe. They did not give a room key so everyone and anyone who stays there could go in at any given time.

Poor hygiene rooms, staff was friendly, unfortunately management was very poor. I was quoted a price and the next day, they wanted to rise the price double. Per receptionist, this was a management decision. I will not recommend and I won’t stay here again.

Place look super dirty, found a strange hair on bed sheet as soon as i enter room. The place looks creapy and staff was rude.

Not a good hotel
No closet to hang clothes staff not organized didn't give us a key to our room we have to call when we were leaving hotel on the 2dsys we stayed.

Was clean and comfortable, but this motel is not a family motel. this motel is for a quick love making place. Not for family as mentioned. will never stay here again..Just a bunch of rooms for making quick love and out.

I didn't stay I got a different hotel because I wanted to walk to the store while my wife got ready and the room service person said she had to come in our room to check that we hadn't stolen anything. when I said my wife is in there taking a shower they said it didn't matter they needed to go check. I'm sorry but I didn't feel like it was appropriate so I called hotel's.com and complaint luckily they where able to find me another room somewhere else. whatever you do don't stay here unless you enjoy other people looking at your wife while she showers

Hotel looked nice outside and in it wasn’t till we were going to bed when we smell something nasty the sheets smelled liked they had been used I don’t know if it was because we booked it pretty late but when we got to the hotel they did not have it ready we had to wait like 30 min in our car for them to get it ready for use so I’m guessing they didn’t change the sheets it was a very unpleasant smell..

Por lo menos diga la verdad si es cierto que hicieron la reservacion de ultima hora pero la habitacion estaba lista en 5 minutos, las sabanas y la limpieza se hace y se cambia con cada huesped.

never again
next time I should stay in Mexico for a romantic getaway I'm going to go to motel Marche that is much nicer way cleaner and location extra convenient. I felt like I was going back into the 80s in a slumlord neighborhood I will never return again and I did not recommend it to anyone it was money wasted.

Not the hotel you want to stay even one night.
This is a hotel for couples to go and have sex, the facilities are terrible and the staff unfriendly, for room service they only offer alcohol beverages and sex toys that can be delivered to your room. I went there with my son and it was embarrassing.

The place was very basic but not well located to walk to the city or attractions. It was basically a out of the way place to go with the intent of a rendezvous, ok but not what I was expecting.

Ageing hotel
Hotel is old and ageing. I had the suite with jacuzzi, it worked but was visibly old worn out and the whole place is in need of a remodel. Otherwise the place is fine
