VERGUENZA! NO HUBO DESAYUNO SUFICIENTE PARA TODOS.
Es una verguenza que este hotel ofresca desayuno, y no haya suficiente para todos, nosotros eramos 16 personas hospedadas y cuando bajamos a muy buena hora al desayuno, solo pudimos desayunar 7 huespedes, porque se termino todo y no habia para nadie mas, a pesar de que bajaron otros huespedes de otros cuartos, se nos nego el desayuno, y lo unico que argumento la encargada fue que ..: SOLO ES DESAYUNO "COMPLEMENTARIO", NO PARA LLENARSE Y NO PARA TODOS.

Hotel was rundown and not well cared for. Out of 7 different outlets in the room, only one of them functioned okay enough to charge my phone. The bed skirt had an off-white quarter sized stain on it so i'll let your imagination fill in the rest. TV channels were very limited. The heater was very noisy.

Value of room was good. I was disappointed with breakfast amenity. They only provided coffee. TV service was always cutting out. There was no instruction on how to operate channel remote to move from stream to live cable.

The hotel itself is dumpy. The “free breakfast” consisted of coffee, a box of granola bars, and a box of prepackaged pastries. The room itself was exceedingly clean. The desk staff was very nice and even went above and beyond by lending me a phone charger as I had forgotten mine and my phone was about dead. So if you’re not fussy about the aesthetics of the overall building, this is an ok place to stay as the rooms were very clean.

I would not recommend staying here. The staff was friendly, but the building itself is dirty from years of wear and tear. The lampshades in my room were ripped, the walls were dirty, there was a huge cobweb on the ceiling, there were 3 Combat insect baits throughout the room, a couple dead bugs in the room, and the electrical cords were set up in an unsafe manner. I suggest you stay somewhere else.

The clerk asked if I was who I am, didn’t ask for ID, and just handed me a key when I confirmed my name. The keys are awkward and needed to be inserted a specific way and I was not told that. While trying to use the key unsuccessfully, the same clerk ran up to me and scolded me for not using it right because she “told me how to use it, just do it correctly.” The room was just dirty and outdated, too. It was cheap and near a handful of nice parks, so those are pluses. The air conditioner barely blew cold air but was incredibly loud and varied between a series of loud patterns that kept me up most of the night. The Chaska area is a nice enough that this place is worth considering again, but the hotel itself could use a lot of work.

Needs major updating.
It is a very OLD RUNDOWN and needs MAJOR updating inside and outside, but was clean. There were no paper cups in the room if a person needed a cup. My one night stay was comfortable despite - but I felt like I was in a ghetto part of town because of how rundown it was.

Cheap for a reason
Pretty basic place. Old building, loud room, doors slamming and water running alot. Bed was pretty hard. People arguing in lobby more than once. Sketchy people milling about.

The entrance was dingy and uninviting. If I'd seen it before booking, I would have scrolled on. All the people hanging around the entrance didn't help any. I expected better, for the price.

Buyer beware!!
This hotel was in serious need of updating...the carpet was gross, there was a recliner chair in the room that looked like it had been picked up on the side of the road, the bathroom did not look clean and the tub did not drain. I would have to say I will not stay here again when I'm in town on business.

The property shows it's age and some of the furnishings are stained and worn. The bed was comfortable and the young lady in charge was absolutely terrific. She obviously cared about making folks feel welcome which makes up for any tiredness of the furniture. I know I would stay here again

Hotel was only ok
Hotel was very run down on the outside. Carpet was old in both the hallway and room. Lobby and check in area were dirty. Didn’t want to touch the doors. They were very stained and dirty. Even without a pandemic I would have questioned it. Comforter on bed was old. Didn’t use it. Bathroom sink pipes leaked on floor. Shower had quite the lime and rust build up. Bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. Overall I felt I over paid for what I got. Location was convenient for what I needed.

Horrible place for to much money
The hotel needs a major overhaul. Things are gross and dirty. Odd older people sit out in front which I'm pretty sure live there. The place smells. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. FIND BETTER. Not worth $80 dollar stay. I would say maybe $37.....

Very poor conditions
There was no directions to say where the desk was or when the guy came out of the room he had no uniform on, was standing at the front desk you can see where the laundry room was and was very cluttered,after the guy had checked us in he didn't tell us what time continental breakfast was or where was it at, I didn't catch the guys name cuz there's no name tag, then when I stepped into my room it had a funny smell to it,then one the bed next to the window had on microwave and fridge next to it plus I had no smoke alarm to to the room. Only one interest in and out of the hotel.

I am requesting my money back from this stay! Ended up going to another hotel. The room was dirty, black hairs on sheets along with some other unidentifiable things. Place smelled like dirt laundry! Did NOT feel safe at all! Learned there were some guests staying there for a long period of time and did not feel safe simply from the looks I was getting. DO NOT recommend this place and will NOT ever stay here again.

The hotel was old and run down, told them I did not want A smoking room, that is where they put us, everything was smokers yellow, carpet had burn spots and bedspread Was stained and shower curtain had mildew on it, A hair much hair in the tub and I found A big bar of dial soap covered in hair as well , and the lock did not work, We had an appointment and since the the room lock did not work, it was suggested that we take important items with us. Then they decided to move us to another room, went from A king bed to A double bed, but the room was much cleaner. We stayed 2 nights.

Clean. The hotel has some rooms that have long term residents. Some people stayed up and made more noise than I would have preferred but we did not make a complaint.

The manager, Sana, Did everything possible to make our stay amazing. The kids loved her she was so personal and friendly and went out of her way for us when needed. The facilities were gorgeous and the stay was memorable. Highly recommended!!

Staff was rude at check in, sketchy characters sitting on the steps smoking didn’t even move so we could walk up the steps, when mentioned to hotel staff was told “they live here” . Wasn’t in a good area, wasn’t impressed with the condition of the hotel.

Finding a room for a cost on the shirt side of a 'C note' per night is becoming more difficult by the day. This facility is in a pleasant area with a scenic river in the rear. It us clean and within the bounds of expectation for the price. Don't expect a 5 star facility for less a ac-note and you should be satisfied.

Marginal comfort.
Check in was marginal. There was no one at the front desk but just instructions to use the phone and dial 0 for assistance. Walls are definitely not sound proof!! Another patron turned on the shower at 6:00 AM and it sounded like we were in his bathroom, Motel is definitely in need of update.
