Clean hotel, great breakfast. We booked it because it had a pool for the kids with comfy chairs for the adults to lounge in. However, the pool was cloudy, low on water, and smelled so bad of chlorine our hotel room stank all night too (even after showering).

It was very frustrating for us as well trying to get everything back up and running properly. It has been resolved and everything is back up and running as normal. Airport shuttle runs to 9pm only, we arrived on our flight at 915pm and had to take a $50 Uber to the hotel. The airport shuttle and good price was the main reason I chose this hotel - having to take an Uber made it more expensive hotels in the area. Would not stay here again if needing and airport transfer- shuttle times need to be posted on the website. No microwave in room but one was available in the lobby. Hot breakfast was good.

Our hours are actually posted under the parking and transporation section on the hotel's site on Expedia. We run daily from 4:30 a.m. til 9 p.m. We are trying to work on getting to expand those hours and hopefully will have something in place soon. Staff was AMAZING! Free shuttle to Mall of America and the airport. We had a really early flight before breakfast would start so they offered a form to complete for a “go bag”.

Subpar stay - not my favorite by any means.
This hotel is descent for the price but it is in need of some upgrades. I personally would opt to not stay there again. The toilet within the room looked filthy but it was actually just its age that made it looked like something remained to be flushed down. They also use a cleaning product that almost knocks your socks off if you're in the hallways when the cleaning crew is coming through with their carts. The smell made me sick to my stomach. However, the staff was all very friendly and the location is convenient.

The hotel was in a nice location. The staff was attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was above average. Overall a nice stay. I definitely recommend this hotel!

If you need a shuttle, you have to let them know 24 hrs before. If you don't give them an advance notice, they will send you an Uber. That's alright, but if you arrive or leave before 4:30am or 9pm, there is no service from the hotel.

We took the Park Sleep and fly package. Excellent choice, rooms were great, awesome breakfast, car was safe, price blew away the airport parking rate, living far from the airport, it gave us great security that we were there when it was the day and time to fly. Door to door shuttle. Best deal in town.
