Fortunately, for protection of your own wealth, we do not charge cards with out having the physical card with the credit card holder present. Unfortunately, we have no way to identified sex offenders as you had described on your concern. AND we do have plenty rooms with micro-ridge in plenty of our rooms. All these rooms are available at a small additional fee. I do have to apologize on your findings about the flooring, I will personally have a conversation with all staff to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. Please do not let this negative experience to keep you away from us, come back and see us again, i promise it will be better.

Thank you very much for your feed back. Motel 6 Palmdale we offer microwave and fridges in some of the room, next time all you have to do is to request that when making reservations. We are also in the process of fixing out ventilation system, it works but we will make it better. We are happy we can at least delivered the comfy bed. Come back see us again, property is under new management. Changes will happen soon.
