Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I must do apologize for the delay at the restaurant, this is not our norm, and we always try to make sure that all our guests are satisfied. All of our housekeepers have their cleaning carts with their accessories for each room. The stairs make it a bit strenuous for the carts to get access to the second floor hence the usage of bags. We hope we get the opportunity to host you again.
