Breakfast was good, friendly staff. Need to upgrade the frigidaire in the rooms, some of the furniture was old in therooms

We booked a king room online, but when we got to the hotel were told a king was not available. They gave us a double queen room. Other than that disappointment, the room was fine. Breakfast was good.

Very clean. Quick check in/out. Breakfast good. Only concern is the area gir the only ice machine is on the 3rd floor and in the back corner. Just feels unsafe for a woman. There was no ice at the breakfast area either.

A Bit Disappointing
Was a Mother/Daughters Weekend we were excited we really wanted a suite or studio but wasn’t available…We got early Check-in which was great clerk was very nice room was nice beds very comfortable but shower was disgusting all they needed was to clean the shower that about turned our stomach but Breakfast was nice

hotel staff is excellent, but the hotel has seen better days. The half chaise in the room is supremely uncomfortable to sit in and use.

Room was fantastic. Both front dest attendants were great. I thonk the evening guy was Mr. RICK. I didnt catch the overnight guys name, he was working so hard. But I do appreciate the fresh coffee at 4am. The rooms were amazing.

I really enjoy my stay we stayed here twice back to back visit. I love the breakfast the staff is AWESOME the housekeeper that clean my room was amazing. Front desk service awesome as well I love my start looking to go back real soon

Room was dirty. Bottom of shower floor was rusted and their was a big hole under the sink where the drain came out of the sink. The microwave was dirty and all rusty at the bottom. The carpets was stained. All of the bottles that were left in the room of shampoo conditioner and body wash were all empty.

Property is becoming in disrepair. Torn upholstery on room chair (several places), randomly painted hallway, mold in bathtub/shower, cracked tiles in shower, scratches in elevator and trash left in room. Electric blind control labeling worn off and control wired backwards. Breakfast was missing half of the normal HI Express items. Based on the aforementioned items it appears the property is struggling.
