El hotel nos gustó mucho, lamentablemente nuestra habitación daba a una terraza horrible, con gente permanentemente circulando por lo que estaban a metros de nuestra ventana. Horrible vista, la habitación grande y cómoda. Solicitamos cambiar de habitación y no tenían otra para ofrecer. Una pena.

La experiencia no fue buena, reporte que el aire acondicionado de la habitacion no funcionaba y el personal hizo caso omiso a mi solicitud, mal servicio, lamentablemente no lo recomiendo.

Me encantó! Es mi segunda vez en hospedarme ahí con mi familia y ya reservé de nuevo en menos de 15 día nos hemos hospedado dos veces, lo único qué veo muy caro es el restaurante los precios son muy altos pero por todo lo de más estoy encantada.

Very nice hotel, awesome employees and front desk , love the coffee , love the rooms, i love it The only think bad is the old Pool and so small. Its not on the beach . I would recommend . Employees are the best. Great service in everything. Exceed my expectations.

El hotel me gustó mucho, muy conveniente para relajar toda la flia, la piscina espectacular así como los desayunos, demás servicios y la atencion del personal de servicio y housekeeping excelente. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, solo pienso pienso debian revisar si los aires acondicionados necesitan mantenimiento, la verdad pasamos un poco de calor sobre todo en la madrugada, pero en general nuestra estancia fue muy grata, pudimos descansar con tranquilidad y lo recomiendo para las familias que quieran descansar y aliviar el estrés. Estamos complacidos con nuestra estancia en el Hilton y nos pareció muy bonito Naples. Gracias por todo.
