Excelente!! El staff súper agradable y servicial. El desayuno súper completo y riquísimo. La habitación súper cómoda y limpia. El servicio gratuito de transporte cada 30 minutos a downtown muy bueno y de gran ayuda. Lo súper recomiendo!!

El pasillo del piso 7 hacia mi habitación olía mucho a humedad, el mobiliario algo antiguo, en caunto a la limpieza y el personal excelente, el aire acondicionado de mi habitación después de la media noche no funcionaba muy bien y mi mayor inconveniente fue el tamaño de las camas que decía en la página que eran Queen size y en realidad el tamaño era más pequeña. Creo que deberían tomar muy en cuenta eso del tamaño de las camas, ya que en otros hoteles ofrecen en su página online el tamaño Queen size, y en realidad son el tamaño que ofrecen, son mucho más grandes que las que tienen ustedes Saludos

The hotel is great hotel but for a family if you dont have a car to get around it further out bjt close to the airport. No food located around the area, have to order in. The shower pressure was very low, other than that the hotel was nice

For the price paid is ridiculous as they are under construction of remodeling and pool closed. The indoor pool was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. Sound of construction and having to use a sister property for a pool was inconvenient and inconsiderate. Never mentioned on Expedia!!

Shuttle to downtown Nashville worked out nice. The property was undergoing a remodel which we could hear a little in the morning also the indoor pool was closed. The hotel puts on a good breakfast.

Clean room, comfortable bed. We didn’t have hot water which was disappointing.Staff was very nice. The shuttle to downtown is convenient. Not sure why they charge for parking there. The area around hotel is aweful. We left before we could eat breakfast.

There was no hot water in a couple of our rooms. The thermostat did not want to heat up the room. The room was dusty and management was aware. They said they’d help in their end, but never happened.
