La ubicación es excelente, cuanta con estacionamiento sin cargo, tiene un shuttle que te lleva al calle Broadway. El desayuno es bueno. En general bien pero la cama era ruidosa, la tv no servía.

The highway noise kept us up at night and I wish I had know how close we were I would have booked somewhere different. I rated unsafe as the window was so tiny we got no light and count have gotten out Incase of a fire.

There were a lot of ants crawling around the floor of the room. The water pressure and temp is awful. Can’t really shower if the water goes hot then cold the hot and cold.

There were cockroaches in our room. We notified the front desk and all they said was, “we’ll make note of it .” The driver of the shuttle even said they was a cockroach infestation. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. Would not even compensate part of our stay. We have a video from our stay.

The room was great. Clean and spacious. The only issue was the bar door style door on the bathroom which didn’t have a lock. You don’t feel like you have privacy in there because of this. Other than that there were no issues.

My only real complaint was the cleanliness, the floors could have been cleaner and I noted hairs and what appeared to be clipped nails by the beds. Also the cleaning staff handed me clean towels while wearing the same gloves they had been cleaning and handling garbage with. Otherwise the location was great, the shuttle service was very useful and dropped you off in a convenient location right there on broadway. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good with a decent variety.

Downtown was a quick Uber ride way from all the noise of the big city. Pretty clean room and beds were comfy. Pool was nice and comfy heated and indoor but very cloudy water. Only negative thing was the shower water pressure was not the best and water was not able to get hot. Needs a little tlc could be a great place to stay.

The hotel is in a good location near to the centre of Nashville. There is a shuttle bus into town but we walked back and it only took about 15 minutes. There is a large car park which was useful. The hotel itself though was a bit run down and our room felt like it was in a bunker - extremely dark, no carpets, very basic. The decor is the whole hotel was very tired and the room was not at all clean - lots of hairs that definitely weren’t ours! The pool is a useful addition but quite cool and again, not that clean - clumps of hair and white lumps shooting out of the water filter. Breakfast was good and staff there friendly and helpful.

This was such a great place and comfortable. Breakfast was always great and worth getting, lemon water in lobby with convenient coffee and extra plates and food ware was Extra thoughtful. This place made me feel like we were at a resort. I would most definitely recommend and stay again here. The only thing we were disappointed about was the guitar shaped pool looked a little outdated And so it wasn’t a great picture opportunity.

Front desk staff and shuttle driver parked in handicap spot daily and they had no sign in their car a dumpster was sitting in another handicap spot and a pylon in another spot so their was absolutely no handicap spots for anyone needing one. Breakfast was horrible. Waffle mix was stale and sausage gravy had no sausage in it. Scrambled eggs were runny.

This property was a good value. Short walk across the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian bridge and you are in the heart of the downtown Nashville. Highlights of this property are clean rooms, a guitar shaped pool, hot breakfast buffet, and the proximity to downtown attractions. Front desk staff is a bit abrupt and short with guests. Matter-of-fact attitude is most likely necessary with the location next to the stadium. The advantage to this is that check-in is quick and no nonsense. The hidden gem is the staff you seldom see. The housekeeping and facilities staff are kind, helpful, and patient. The staff that attend breakfast stay out of the way and yet are always there when something is needed. The need for sound insulation is noticeable. Highway noise from rooms on the interstate side is quite present and little relief from boisterous guests in the hallway. Multiple entrances/exits with a room key was convenient for getting around and parking close to rooms. Fair value for what you get.

Only problem that we had was there was no window in our room. I mean there was a window but it was like 2‘ x 1‘ and it was so high up you couldn’t see out of it I felt confined and dark.

There was no hot water in our room. We found out of course in the morning when we tried to shower. We told the front desk who was willing to let us switch rooms. However we were heading out for the day and wouldn’t return till 9 PM. When we returned, there were several rooms and patrons looking to switch rooms because of the hot water. We decided to stay in the room because it would have taken too long. The front desk staff was very apologetic and gave me the email of the ownership. I’m hoping for dinner diet of compensation but have not heard back from ownership yet. My advice is check for hot water before you unpack. I was in room 101, but all of the rooms on my floor had none.

Stayed here for a concern at the Bridgestone Arena. The hotel is located an easy 20 minute walk to the arena. We opted to skip the free shuttle after seeing it fill up twice and instead headed out a bit early to make the walk. Even in the cold February temps the walk wasn't bad. We enjoyed the sites along the way. On the way back, around 11pm, we stopped at Hard Rock Cafe before making the last half of our trip at about 12:30am. The walk was well lit and felt safe for my wife, teenage son and I. Breakfast was your typical selections... cereal, yogurt, fruit, waffle machine as well as hot items like eggs, potatoes, biscuits gravy and oatmeal. It was easy for me to find a spot to sit and the attendant did a great job keeping the area clean and stocked. Parking was easy and we were not charged. It sounded, from the description, that there was a daily charge. Maybe that's on football days... The hotel pool was neat but we never saw anyone in it. We had the 2 queen room. Size of the room was nice - plenty of space for the 3 of us. Beds were firm but comfortable. Our only real complaint here was the shower. It took several minutes for any signs of hot water and the shower pressure was quite lacking. The bathroom door is a sliding 'barn style' and would likely have been a challenge for younger kids as it was heavy and did not roll easily. All said - we would stay here again without a doubt if/when we visit Nashville again.

Most of the staff was cheery and helpful. The rooms were dated but maintained well, specailly for the price. Location was awesome for access to all of downtown. My issue came the morning after we arrived for a 1 day stay and there was no hot water, luke warm at best, but no where near hot enough for a shower... barely good enough to wash my face. We let one team member know and he told another one (he seemed nee but was trying); she had no interest in helping, compensating, or acknowledging it after we said another room was not a workable solution since we were checking out shortly.

The room was nice and clean. The only issue we had was it took forever for the water to get hot in the shower. Also, request a room that’s not beside the interstate because it’s a little noisy on that side. Other than that, it was nice.

I did like the shuttle service that takes you to Broadway. However, the floor of the room was greasy, the shower only ran freezing cold, almost none of the outlets worked. Even though we called a day in advance to get early check in and they had agreed, they made it seem like a giant hassle when we got there.
