La Torre The Beach, tiene mas de 50 años, no hay un restaurante cerca, la habitación tiene muebles viejos, los primeros 3 dias no teniamos agua caliente, aire acondicionado ruidoso. Cuando intentamos reservar servicios el personal no te da informacion completa y unicamente te tira una lista de precios sin ninguna amabilidad. Mi TC nunca funcionó y me permitieron alojarme sin inconveniente por los 7 dias, pude haberme ido sin pagar y nadie controló mi estado de cuenta

Quizá fue un buen lugar, ya no.
El lugar, Atlantis Paradise Island es realmente un concepto agradable en general, pero ya desgastado y sobrevalorado, muy sobrevalorado. Quizá fué muy bueno, hoy en día es medio a malo su servicio y las instalaciones ameritan mayor cuidado. El hotel, MUY MALO, para el precio y por el sitio en que está, con pésimo servicio de limpieza y mantenimiento, cerraduras rotas y llaves tirando agua en el baño, sin atención a detalles e incluso mala distribución. Camas viejas e incómodas. Muy caro en general, y no por el precio, sino por la falta de valor que poseen instalaciones y servicios.

Una excelente decisión. Sin duda uno de los mejores viajes que he hecho. El hotel cuenta con todos los servicios. Tiene piscinas, juegos acuáticos, las mejores vistas, playa, restaurantes, casino. Apto para toda la familia

La realidad es que en general, la gente en Bahamas es seca, a veces incluso un poco grosera para nosotros los latinos. Pero independientemente, el hotel en general es muy viejo, pagas la ubicación y las instalaciones a las que tienes derecho. Si les urge una remodelación a sus habitaciones.

This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property.

Run down at Atlantis
That’s hotel was extremely rundown and tired looking and in need of a spruce up. The service at the front desk was very poor and they were very distracted and not very friendly. Our room was not clean and everything was very overpriced.

When visiting the Bahamas we've always stayed at the Atlantis but this last time the Atlantis is very ran down. I don't think I'll stay at the Atlantis again. The people working there at the Atlantis were not helpful. It seems like nobody likes working there any more. It's not like it used to be. The service all around was awful, I tried to set wake-up calls and two times they didn't happen. When I called the front desk I got a message that said there are several callers in front of me, when it was my turn I would get disconnected. One night I waited for 30 minutes + to get help finally I had to go to the front lobby. Service all around was awful. I couldn't get bands without waiting in long lines. Food service personnel was poor. They were very rude. I will stay somewhere different next time. Too bad that the Atlantis has gone so down hill it used to be such a lovely resort!

Love the villas as they are private and close to the ocean and pool and turtles and aquarium and short walk to best hot tub. First room was not clean but moved next door and it was very clean. Everything is in walking distance. Found out about shuttle when leaving that takes you to other parts of resort. Cannot wait to go back!
