Muy lujoso
Teniamos una cama de 2,5m. Pero tuvimos que pedir el cambio a otra con 2 camas ya que en la primera, cuando uno se movía el movimiento repercutia en el otro.

Habitaciones requieren mantenimiento
Habitaciones requieren mantenimiento y mejoras en los muebles, contactos para carga de dispositivos electrónicos, variedad de toallas y almohadas, y sobre todo la regadera es muy deficiente, pues es sólo una regadera de mano cuando muchos estamos acostumbrados a regadera de techo sobre todo en sitios muy calurosos.

Muy buen hotel
El hotel es bueno, no excelete y no refleja a un 5 estrellas. De todas maneras es muy limpio, la comida es muy buena. El restaurant japones mas o menos, el frances excelente! La piscina es muy linda. El centro de masajes muy profesional. El aspecto del hotel es antiguo pero agradable

A luxury, very nice hotel. Employees were all nice, too. The hotel was close to the central city, so I could walk there. I would recommend my friends to stay there.

The property is nice and clean. The restaurant serves very good breakfast with excellent food choices for Westerners and Asians. Food and wine are decent for dinner. The staff and the manager (Steve) were very hospitable. We always enjoyed the food and services when we dined there. The area surrounding the resort is empty with nothing worth seeing. A ride to the main drag downtown is just about five minutes away which makes up for the lack of activities around the resort. I definitely made a good choice by staying at this resort after seeing all other hotels in Sapa.

Nice clean hotel, but a bit old and no vibe. Price is right but if you are looking for excitement stay closer to Pub Street.

I stayed at this resort about 8 years ago. Things are difficult due to COVID and this hotel has not many visitors. The hotel staff are very polite. Overall, nice hotel but it is a 4 star hotel.

きれいなホテルでしたが残念だったのが、 日本語の話せるスタッフがいるとの事もあり、 高くても選んだのですが日本語で対応してくれる事はなく、 翌日のタオルも人数分代えられておらず、 朝食も小さな器がなかったのでお願いしましたが、 全然持ってきてくれなかったので、他のものを使用しました。

Amazing Stay, amazing value.
LOVED this hotel. It was big and beautiful. The pool area was lovely, the breakfast was amazing. The service and genuine smiles were everything. Would go back in a heartbeat. In fact we were seriously trying to extend our stay there... Its really wonderful there. Great massages too!

立地がとても良いとまでは言わないが満足している。徒歩圏内にアンコールマーケットというスーパー、それと元気屋だっけ？定食屋があって現地のお姉さんの対応も良く、勿論味も良い。ナイトマーケット、パブストリートまでは徒歩10分〜15分圏内。滞在中はホテルに頼んだトゥクトゥクにずっとお世話になってトラブル一つ無かった。コスパも良いしお勧め。2時のレイトチェックアウト無料が非常に嬉しかった。

Convenient location with good accessibility
Location is good and convenient to go to Pub Street. Room is spacious. The breakfast has considerable amount of varieties to choose. However, the food in the restaurant is expensive as compared to those in the Pub Street. The SPA is reasonable but the clothing might need to be renewed.

I can't recommend this resort enough. Location is very convenient, but it was the staff that made the difference. From beginning to end it was a pleasure being there. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made you feel like family (first name basis). Pool is beautiful, food on-site is excellent, and the rooms are very clean. Highly recommend (and I'm picky).

Hotel was situated slightly out of the centre but still within walking distance. We frequently took one of the tuktuks waiting outside the reception. Being slightly out of the centre it was an oasis of calm in what was a busy town centre. Would recommend one of the pool facing rooms for the view & balcony. Reception service was very good, especially when we had problems with a phone. Also concierge provided excellent restaurant booking service and tuktuk transport.
