Pésimo en cuanto a limpieza, las habitaciones muy sucias, baño manchado, cucaracha debajo del refri, sofá con moho y chinches, no hacían la limpieza diaria, al reportar de todos modos nadie hacía nada, pésimo en general

Ya me quería ir
El baño estaba sucio, la taza muy sucia, el lavabo también, había cabellos, la ropa de cama estaba rota, el sofá estaba muy manchado, no hicieron la cama en la limpieza de la habitación. La habitación tenía mal olor. El desayuno fue básico y no tenían todo disponible en el momento. La máquina de hielo no funcionaba. Las instalaciones en general son viejitas y están descuidadas

Me ha tocado últimamente en hoteles en eua que se sacan de la manga impuestos que antes no cobraban y retiran dinero de tu tarjeta que por “si se ofrece” cosa que antes no hacían en este hotel , los empleados son súper fríos está bien por si vienes de paso de compras a los premium

Cuando contrate este hospedaje en las condiciones indicaba limpieza diaria y no la hacen yo tuve que llegar a tender cama y sacar basura, al pedirlo en la recepción personal agresivo nos grito que solo se hacía limpieza cada 5 días uds deben informar a huéspedes esta situación y el personal no tiene porque gritar y agredir, experiencia fatal

I am very sorry you didn't have a good experience with us. We offer a "Daily Refresh" in housekeeping which includes: Clean towels , trash removal and making beds with existing sheets if there are no belongings on the bed. In order to receive a "Full Service Clean" you would have to stay 5 or more nights. My apologies for any inconveniences that may have occurred.

El hotel bien, la manera de reservar fatal.
Reservé para 5 huéspedes y solo me dieron dos camas. Lamentable porque había habitaciones dos camas y con sofá cama extra. Tuve q rentar habitación extra, ya que no me pudieron hacer un upgrade en la habitación!

En general el lugar y las ibstalaciones estaba muy bien. El problema fue varias veces en el desayuno, ya que por lo general no había todos lo alimentos y café, al grago que la señora encargada de suministralos se enojaba constantemente al solicitárselos.

La habitación está Excelente, muy amplia, limpia, si volveria a hospedarme ahí, las dos señoritas de recepción, la de la noche que llegamos el 25 y la de la mañana el 26 les hace falta aprender a ser servicial y sonreir, nada amables, el desayuno, se terminó muy temprano y tardaron mucho en hacer más, está normal, no muy rico

Excelente hotel cerca de outleta (5 min)
Excelente hotel, con instalaciones nuevas y muy comodas, con excelente gym disponible 24 hrs. Desayuno variado y de calidad, super amables en la recepcion, muy serviciales, me apoyaron en todo lo que les pedi. A 5 min de los outlets en carro y dentro de un mall con 5 tiendas al lado.
