El lobby the hotel está en muy malas condiciones, literalmente se está cayendo pues hay pedazos de hoyos en el piso. Mal servicio pues pedi una habitación cama king y lejos del elevador y me dieron una de dos camas dobles frente al elevador

La habitación de dos camas era muy pequeña, no cabían nuestras 3 maletas de mano, el campo entre el closet y la cama es mínimo, y entre las camas también, al ser tan pequeño es difícil de limpiar , por lo que no estaba en óptimas condiciones, sufrí un accidente con una botella de agua en la cama, y solicité el servicio de cuarto, pero me dijeron que no podían hacer nada , que al otro día irían a cambiar las sábanas, entonces tuvimos que dormir 3 personas en una cama diminuta, la atención pésima , nadie ayuda, nadie se responsabiliza, tienen una
