El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación y buen servicio en general. Lo que no me gustó es que es obvio que los turistas llegamos buscando playa y es todo un compliqué reservar las “palapas” nunca encuentras espacio para reservar, deberían tener presente que para todos los huéspedes debe haber una disponible. Aunque el personal nos ayudó a buscar pero antes de la 10am, si llegas más tarde te tocan solo sillas sin sombra .

The property was under major construction. The main lobby where the restaurant, bar and stores are were all closed. Everyone was re-routed to the back of hotel. Called 3 times to fix bathroom door. Nobody came. Charged us an additional $118 per day after hotel was paid for.

We make efforts to communicate this information when booking through Expedia and on our website.Currently, our Curacao tower serves as our main lobby while renovations are underway. Our Sunset Grille restaurant, typically part of the main lobby, has been relocated to Laguna restaurant for dinner service. Additionally, our Oscar’s Market coffee shop is now situated in our Curacao lobby, and we have a second gift shop in the Curacao lobby.We regret that your bathroom concern was not promptly addressed. This does not align with the high standards of hospitality we strive to provide and will be discussed internally. The additional 118 consists of tax and service charges, which are not included in Expedia bookings. This information was communicated during the booking process on their site, and we apologize if you have overlooked this.Despite these challenges, we hope you were able to enjoy your vacation with us and would give us another opportunity in the near future.Kind Regards,

We had a great stay at the Hilton. It’s a beautiful resort that is in walking distance to great restaurants. The beach is bigger than other resorts. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean. We had a wonderful stay. Vicky in the front office was very helpful and went over and beyond to help us. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is unbeatable in my opinion, everything you need is within walking distance. If you want to head to other parts of the island the staff will handle everything for you. The amount of options for drinking and dining is plentiful. The spa, workout facilities walking path to other resorts is right there. We are returning to Aruba at Christmas with our entire family and will be booking at the Hilton again.

Resort was nice, our room was cleaned every day and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is there were not enough chairs around the pool with umbrellas. You had to ‘reserve’ the beach and pool chairs/umbrellas each day or you sat in the sun and fried unless you were lucky enough to get one of the complimentary chairs/ umbrellas. They charged $70/day just to rent some of the palapas. You pay enough to stay at these resorts, you should not have to pay for the beach chairs, pool chairs and umbrellas too.

Everything was close, convenient and fit our budget. The staff was helpful and friendly. The Spa experience was wonderful. With all of the on site amenities you really didnt have to leave hotel but we did because everything was within walking distance.

The collection of exotic birds is fascinating! Clean sandy beach is a treat; no broken shells to shock your feet on. Great spa employees and small but adequate gym. We really enjoyed our stay; your beds are fantastic! The food at your steakhouse is superb. However, the night stands in our room were in poor condition and we couldn't use any of those drawers. A couple opened, but they'd get jammed and stuck closed, so we avoided using these. The sliding door to the patio required a sumo wrestler to open and close. Our toilet had no flushing pressure and required a call to maintenance to get anything that wasn't liquid to flush down, so we used the lobby bathrooms for that. Housekeeping staff is fabulous and extremely friendly.
