Excelente opción en Aruba
Muy buena experiencia. El hotel en excelentes condiciones, habitación cómoda, personal muy amable y la comida de sus restaurantes muy rica. La ubicación es buenísima. Lo único malo es que la señal de internet no es buena y el agua de la regadera no sale con mucha presión. Fuera de eso, todo perfecto y si volvería.

Pésima experiencia
La verdad que esta era la 3 vez que visitaba este Hotel pero no regreso, como es posible que le vendan a uno un hotel con wifi en la habitación y no era cierto , porque la señal era tan mala que simplemente no se conectaba, ante mis quejas en reiteradas ocasiones me cambiaron de habitación que decían ellos que llegaba la señal! Incierto porque continúe con el mismo problema!si le llegan a informar a uno que en las habitaciónes no tenía wifi yo selecciono otro hotel. No hay ofertas variadas dentro del hotel para comer! Siempre lo mismo y bien reducido el menú! Con la competencia que existe hoy en día sino mejoran los veo muy mal y más hablando de que los hoteles Hyatt no son baratos son bien caros, al final el día de irme me dijeron que por la molestia de no tener Internet en la habitación me reintegraban 150 dólares! Lo que quiero que entienda el hotel es que yo no necesitaba 150 dólares yo necesitaba el servicio por el que pague. Yo tenía que hacer pagos de mi empresa y correos y de todo y cada vez que necesitaba comunicarme tenía que vestirme y bajar al lobby del hotel! Todo está bien si yo hubiera pagado un hotel que tenía sólo internet en áreas exteriores de el hotel pero no fue así. No regreso a este hotel nunca más! Y otra cosa un día salgo de mi habitación y en la de enfrente había una gente pintando la habitación y la puerta de ella con tremendo olor a pintura , no creo que ese sea el respeto que se merece un huésped!👎

Grounds excellent, staff very good, hotel clean. My only complaint would be the rooms. They definitely need to be updated and humidity in the rooms are uncontrollable. Either too cold or too stuffy.

There was a sewage type smell on the beach. It wasn’t like this last time I was here in 2019. Some of the people who stay for a few months said it is this way now because of all the people on the island. Others said it was because of the earthquake in Venezuela last month. Anyway depending on the wind sometimes you could smell it from the adult pool as well. It wasn’t everyday or all day but it was definitely noticeable especially on the beach.

The Hyatt in Palm Beach of Aruba is a beautiful property with very clean rooms and super friendly people who work there. They go out of their way to make your stay with them memorable and great. We eat at the cafe every morning and get our beach chairs. We are able to walk to the strip to seek out restaurants and shopping. If we intend to go further than the strip, the Hyatt staff secures the taxi as soon as we need one. We had a great stay. We will be returning to this property and to Aruba.

My wife & I had booked the Aruba Holiday Inn for this vacation but immediately upon checking in we realized our mistake. The Holiday Inn was dated and not what we expected for $550 per night. We decided to go to the Hyatt which was incredible. We have stayed at the Aruba Marriott before and found the Hyatt to be superior in every aspect. The Hyatt grounds are beautiful, the rooms are clean & spacious. The staff are warm & friendly. We will definitely return.
