MHA+Aruba=100% satisfaction
We stayed 5 nights at the hotel with a baby of 1 yo and enjoyed a lot. The hotel is very well designed, perfect kitchen, the yard is very nice and quiet, our baby was really happy due to a lot of space and beauty. Everything is clear thanks to Blanca y Vicente. The owners are very kind to reply to any question and assist whenever necessary. I can recommend the hotel at 100%. Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant! We enjoyed a lot, thanks to you Aruba will be one of our best memories of travelling!

Hotel bonito y cómodo
Me pareció interesante su decoración además de las comodidades con las que cuenta la habitación, sin olvidar a su ama de llaves que es una persona muy capáz y muy linda, ella resuelve en un instante cualquier cosa. Muy buen lugar para cualquier ocasión en la que deseen viajar y muy tranquilo.

Lugar Muy Tranquilo
Un exelente lugar para disfrutar de unas vacaciones muy tranquilas, realmente cumplen con lo que dicen, el personal es muy amable, aunque no esta cerca de la zona hotelera y de las playas se puede llegar caminando en unos 10 minutos, si se desean pasar unas vacaciones relajadas este es el lugar indicado.

Vacaciones en Aruba
Estuvimos con mi novia alrededor de 6 días en Aruba y elegimos modern hotel por su cercanía a la playa como también su precio. Nos sorprendió gratamente el trato de los dueños. Fueron muy amables durante la estancia. 100 % recomendable

We really enjoyed the pool area and the walkable distance to restaurants and entertainment. The maintenance and cleaning of the property seems to be a lot for one person. I would get a different room than the loft suite as it is small and has difficult stairs with no railing to hold onto up to the loft bed. We knew there were steps, but felt they were slightly dangerous once we saw them in person. The bed in loft is also very uncomfortable and lumpy. That was disappointing to us. We got there and there was no microwave but the owner went out and got us one and that was very helpful as we planned to make breakfast in the room several days. Toaster oven worked great! We would stay again but would get a different room.

Pros: Good location, nice, spacious, updated room. The pool area was very nice with lots of seating. Comfortable bed. Cons: It is not a hotel as advertised, it's a guest house. Also there is no front desk as listed on expedia. Our cell does not work on the island so the only way we could communicate with the host was by email. We luckily saw a maid when we arrived or we would have not known how to get into our room. We were there for 5 days and never saw anyone except the maid, and only twice during our entire stay. Our room was only cleaned once. We had the pool room and there was a large awning that made a lot of noise in the wind, which is always in Aruba. Also our bathroom door did not close.

There was a mouse in our hotel room and they did nothing to help us. No refund or even a mouse trap to try and attempt to help. Overall nice place besides that.

We really apologize for this inconvenience. WE were never notified in any way of this until after the stay asking for a refund . We fumigate property monthly and have never had issues.

We really enjoyed this property. We booked the Moroccan Room, which was really cute. We arrived earlier than check in, and we were allowed to check in to the room early. The pool area was really cool and relaxed. The property was near a trail that took us right to the Marriott properties, which saved a lot of time walking. The property was also an 5-20 minute walk from most places in Noord and Palm beach areas. The air conditioning in the room was amazing as well. The property manager reached out to me during the stay to see how our stay was and if we had any issues. They had a list of restaurants and taxis with numbers to call if needed. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for something cheaper while still being close to everything.

Lovely, Comfy, Well Run
Very well cared for property, felt like a labor of love. Generous management let us have our room several hours before check in time when all we asked for was a place to put our bags while we waited. An air conditioning problem was fixed within a half hour of reporting it. Really nice peaceful pool area, attractive neighborhood about 15 minutes walk to the Palm Beach action. We had the Tropical suite at the front of the property and we loved the decor and convenience, but perhaps we would try a different room with a little more view another time. If you dislike cookie cutter corporate properties, this is a great choice. You could get away without renting a car if you’re only interested in the Palm Beach area but I’d suggest renting a car to explore the other quieter beaches with terrific snorkeling.

Relax and unwind
Finally felt at home in Aruba. We had left a high rise resort where the service was less than stellar to stay at this gem where I wish we had stayed all along. Room was the size of a small house, clean, welcoming. The bed was like a cloud (something we hadn’t had all week) and the recommended list was so helpful. Also helping by allowing us to leave our bags before checking in and providing us with beach towels was a nice extra that made a huge difference in our day. Thanks Again.

Overall a pleasant, quite relaxing location. Could walk to some area attractions/beach, though a quick drive was a little easier. Check in could have been clearer, would help if there was a sign on entry to call when you arrive so the housekeeper can come and show you to your room...

Lovely Boutique Hotel. Avoid the Tropical Suite
We stayed in the Superior Suite and the actual suite was as advertised and very comfortable. The suite named Topical which we were assigned however did not have a garden view or patio as advertised. In fact the suite opened onto the front parking drive and road. To access the lovely pool area required going into the main hotel entrance and the through to the pool. We would stay again but book one of the pool suites.

Affordable, quiet gem in the middle of the expensive crazy hub of beaches, shops, restaurants, resorts and casinos. Located in a quiet neighborhood where you can see the casinos, but are not right next to them this adult only boutique is clean, beautiful and relaxing. Did I mention affordable?! I love this place, we would go back when we visit Aruba again.

Very nice house and room to stay in, shower did not work correctly it kept shutting off on me had to hold the knob out with one hand while washing with the other, could’ve used a dust mop to clean the floor daily, the coffee machine was nice could have had more creamers out to put in coffee. Lighting in the bathroom could’ve been a little better. Even though I did not use the backyard it looks beautiful. All in all a very nice place

Veel ruimte maar te beperkte service
Bij aankomst was er niemand om ons te ontvangen en ons de sleutel van de kamer te overhandigen. Nochtans hadden we laten weten wanneer we ongeveer zouden aankomen. Telefonisch was er niemand bereikbaar. Na een kwartiertje kwam er dan toch een concierge opendoen. De kamer was wel groot en het bed uitstekend. Op de gang kon je koffie en water nemen, maar dat werd onvoldoende aangevuld. De eerste nacht werd onze kamer netjes gepoetst muv de douche die verstopt was. De tweede nacht werd zelfs het bed niet opgemaakt hoewel we reeds om 10.30u weg waren. De douche was dus nog steeds verstopt. We zouden er zeker niet opnieuw verblijven. Het is ook vreemd dat je er niemand kan aanspreken om iets te vragen.

We absolutely loved the property! We stayed in the penthouse, and you get such a lovely view overlooking the beautiful pool area and the hotel strip. We walked to the beach daily, and it was a nice walk, but if you rent a car its like a min drive! The staff was so nice and kept everything clean with constant fresh new towels and linens. Loved, loved it here! :)

I stayed here just for one night prior to flying back home. I wish I had more time to stay here and actually use the amazing pool and hot tub/outdoor space. It was a very boutique type of hotel with only 4 rooms, and we had a large room with an awesome bathroom. The check in experience was a bit odd. There was no front desk or main office, and had the cleaning lady not been there, I'm not sure if I would've known what room to enter. There was a small list of resources in the room for taxis, the host numbers, etc. And both taxi services past 8pm did not pick up, and ones of the hosts responded about an hour after we contacted them. Luckily we had another taxi service that was very helpful and they came to pick us up. If you don't have a car here, or taxi service, you're going to have to bike or walk where you need to go, which was frustrating. It was a cute stay, but the resources and check out were not so easy to manage.

Hi Arianna I apologize about your inconvenience with taxi. We recommend some but sometimes its a bit out of our control. We always recommend a small car if possible even though we are across the street from the marriott many people like to go restaurants and local beaches and for this car is much easier.

We stayed in the Pool Suite for 4 nights. It was perfect for two of us. It has a small kitchen area and walk-out patio with dining table where you can eat outdoors. Blanca made sure our stay was comfortable and brought us clean towels each day. Place itself is beautiful and location was perfect. You can walk to the Palm Beach, and Arashi and Malmok were only about 2 to 5 minute drives. Arashi and Malmok were our favorite beaches as we love to snorkel. Mike and Amanda recommend great local places to eat. We loved Eduardo’s and Wacky Wahoo- two places we tried near by. We will be staying here again next time. Place is perfect for couples and families. They provide beach towels and chairs for guests to use. They also have couple of gas grills and beautiful outdoor eating area under the canopy.

Stayed here for a few days towards the end of our trip and I wish we stayed here the whole vacation! Super cute and cozy place. We stayed in the loft which was a really great room and very private. Very chill place, would definitely stay here again.
