The holiday flat Lachmöwe by DeJu is a cosy 2-room flat on the ground floor with a terrace in Haus Meeresloft. The flat was extensively renovated at the beginning of 2025. The Meeresloft building is a KFW Energy Efficiency House 100, which means that the flat has triple-glazed windows, a controlled ventilation system, electric blackout blinds from the outside and ultra-efficient lighting in the ceiling spots. The flat is located on the side of the street facing away from Kirchstrasse ("courtyard side"). Kirchstraße itself is characterised by its quiet, yet very central location. The west beach is approx. 240 m away, the Kurplatz with the neighbouring bathhouse can be reached in approx. 350 m.

All rooms are equipped with a high-quality design floor in wood look as well as ceiling spotlights.
The bedroom has a box-spring bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m and two wardrobes. From the bed, you can comfortably use the flat-screen TV including Sonos soundbar on the opposite wall. The floor-to-ceiling window can be opened completely and leads to the terrace.
The living room is the centrepiece of the flat. It can be divided into a living, dining and kitchen area. As in the bedroom, the floor-to-ceiling window can be opened completely, giving access to the terrace from here. The sofa bed can be pulled out to the front, creating a sleeping area of 1.40 m x 2.00 m and can therefore be used by two people. The 43-inch QLED Smart TV including Sonos surround system invites you to linger. A Playstation 4 with various games is also available.
The dining area consists of a round table with a diameter of 105 cm and four chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils such as induction hob, dishwasher, extractor bonnet, microwave, fridge incl. freezer compartment, kettle, waffle iron, electric hand blender, toaster, fully automatic coffee machine, oven etc. Appliances are from Siemens. The bathroom with its walk-in shower has been fitted with items from Keuco. The high-quality wall mirror can be illuminated (and dimmed).
The secluded terrace, which belongs solely to the flat, has a table with four chairs and two deckchairs, each made of teak and with cushions. The cushions can be conveniently stored in the Biohort box. You will also find a clothes horse here.
The non-smoking flat is approx. 41 square metres in size. It is suitable for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 children.
A travel cot including bed linen, children's crockery and various games, books and painting utensils are available for our younger guests.
There is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer in the house. This can be used by all holiday guests and is coin-operated.
We like pets. However, out of consideration for our allergy sufferers, we are unable to accommodate pets. We ask for your understanding.
