The positive thing about this hotel is that it is comfortable and super accessible to the subway. They do not serve breakfast, only coffee 24 hours a day. But not even that, because when we wanted coffee there was none or it was not hot. They didn't clean the room every day.

Es un hotel sencillo pero limpio . Excelente ubicación. A una cuadra del metro que en 15 minutos estás en Manhattan. Aseo y toallas diario. El único inconveniente fue la recepcionista que está por las mañanas . Muy déspota no sabe atender a los turistas , poco amable y empática . Por todo lo demás muy bien . Económico y excelente ubicación

El hotel fue una gran elección. Bien ubicado, con restaurantes y tiendas de comida cerca. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. El único detalle es que el depósito que se deja al inicio, tardan en reembolsarlo de 7a 14 días hábiles (no lo hacen al momento del check-out).

A muy pocos pasos de la estación de tren y cerca de Manhattan. El personal es amable y la habitación es pequeña pero acogedora. La limpieza a la habitación se realiza cada 3 días. Lo único malo es que no hablan español.

Localización exelente y limpieza lamentable
Es una pena que un hotel con una gran localización al lado del subway tenga un dervicio de limpieza tan escaso. Es la segunda vez que voy porque como digo, la localizacion es miy buena, lo unico limpio la cama porque el resto de mobiliario, paredes y las cortinas estan totalmente sucios y descuidados.

MUY DECEPCIONANTE
Experiencia cuanto menos decepcionante. Con la excusa del COVID: -no hay servicio de desayuno, sólo un termo con café, azucarillos y leche en cápsulas. -no hay servicio de habitaciones (limpieza, reposición de jabones, cambio de toallas...) La calefacción es por aire, con máquinas antiguas como el propio hotel, que son insoportables, por su ruido, de noche. Para evitar ponerla llegamos a pedir una manta por tres ocasiones y no se nos dio: sólo dieron largas. Pedimos también jabones, puesto que como no hay servicio de habitaciones los agotamos al segundo día. Por respuesta nos dijeron que lo comunicarían a dicho servicio de habitaciones. Ya nos hemos ido y seguimos esperando la respuesta Milagrosamente nos dieron toallas de recambio porque justo antes una chica había ido con la misma queja, pero obviamente tuvimos el montón antiguo de toallas en el suelo hasta el final de la estancia. Lo mismo ocurre con la basura que se va acumulando en la habitación, más si aprovechas el café que ofrecen y te tomas un primer desayuno en la habitación. Muebles MUY desgastados, ventanas que NO encajan en su cierre y dejan pasar todo el ruido de la calle. Lo único positivo la comodidad de la cama, que es lo único por lo que se debe pagar porque en resto deja muchísimo que desear. Ah, y por si no quedó claro, la atención del personal ... Nula, porque no hicieron nada por nostros.

El lugar está lejos del bullicio de la ciudad. El personal del hotel es extremadamente irrespetuoso. Solo teníamos 1 toalla para 4 personas y se negaron a darnos más. Las camas tenían hongo, el baño y las cortinas también. Dice que había desayuno, pero sólo había café y té. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación del metro.

EL COVID 19 DEMANDA MAS LIMPIEZA.
Yo creo y estoy convencido que la limpieza es PRIMORDIAL en tiempos del COVID 19 pero, los HOTELES han disminuido este servicio TODO LO CONTRARIO a lo que deberían hacer, deben como empresa HOTELERA limpiar y dejar toallas, jabón, shampoo TODOS LOS DIAS y no esperar que los huéspedes bajemos a pedir.
