Muy cerca del Aeropuerto, con servicio de Shuttle las 24hrs. Solo que si quieres ir a SFO a comer o pasear si esta algo lejos y hay que tomar Taxi.

Muy recomendado!!
Me encantó el hotel! Todo muy limpio y camas muy cómodas. A pesar de que el restaurante no opera al 100%, si da servicio y te entregan la comida empacada, la cual puedes disfrutar en el area común que es muy amplia y bonita (tienen hasta mesas de picnic), cumpliendo con el protocolo de seguridad ante el COVID. Alrededor del hotel hay areas para caminar y disfrutar de la vista de la bahia.

Great property. Next time please advise or give option, if a room is so far from elevator. I have a Vascular condition and after a long long day of traveling, walking so far from elevator was exhausting.

We loved the hotel overall! Koodos to Gloria who checked us in!! She was super friendly and made us feel welcome!! Also, to Hector (Hispanic guy) at the bar!! Very friendly, served our drinks quickly! The rooms were nice and clean! It was super quiet at night!

The staff was not accommodating. I had to ask multiple times for them to bring me some silverware of all things. The people driving the shuttle from the airport drove it like it was a go-kart only making my jet lag and motion sickness from the plane worse. I let the staff know and they tried to placate me with coffee vouchers wich were only viable for generic coffee that I could have made in my room. The room had hair on the ceiling in the bathroom and a bug leg on the bed when I walked in. I didn’t have any business supplies in the room (notepads, pens, etc) and had to get a valet to grab some for me. I was told thet had a fresh water station only to discover I had to pay for it. I was the first staff member for a nonprofit in the area to stay at this location and we will not be booking any guests there in the future.

The staff was super rude at check in and check out....and at check out same staff was like "you again ". The dinning is not mid friendly and no nearby food places. The room had lots of damage it was not nice!

My only critique was there were not enough dining options to handle the big crowd of the Star Trek convention. Otherwise it was a beautiful, quiet, staff friendly and clean hotel.
