No hot water in room... Room floor sloped so badly everything would roll off table and TV cabinet. Forced to sleep dirty with no hot water to take a bath. Housekeeping refused to change bed linens. Under the beds was filthy. Old coffee cups, old lip balm, old food and popcorn kernels. Night person did not pass on complaints to morning shift. Maintenance never came regarding the hot water as promised. It was a disaster.

Don’t stay here only if it’s the last resort
The sings were clogged both kitchen and bathroom. No shower curtain in the bathroom baby roaches all in the bathroom and in the room. Just nasty. These rooms need to be cleaned better. We pay to stay for this and shouldn’t have to do so. Hotels should be held accountable for the nastiness

Front desk was nice, but overall smell was disgusting, run down, very urban ghetto feel. The door getting in to my room i had to push open, then no phone to call front desk, no coffee pot, the burners on the stove were broken or didn't work.....I felt very unsafe, and would never go back. I only stayed one night, still waiting on my refund for my original weeks stay......

The manager at your 2720 location is horrible.. she's rude her customer service is rude she's not approachable she argues with you and she makes she made me feel like s***.. she kept repeating s*** over and over like I was a kid it was the worst experience ever because of her.. short hair African American lady 67 years old badass attitude

The hotel stunk, literally. Bad odor throughout. Toilet and feces blocking the flush (obviously not cleaned). Ran a wet washcloth over floor in kitchen area and the white rag turned black.

This property was so unclean. The floors in the room were sticky, there was no blankets or pillows on the bed, there was marijuana odor all in the room, building, and parking lot. When I drove into the parking guests were sitting in their car’s trunks drinking beer. Very unclean and unsafe environment. Did not stay. Checked in and then right back out. Do not recommend.

When I arrived to check in I had been traveling for several hours and asked if i could be directed to the bathroom. I was told the hotel didn’t have public bathrooms. I was there as a guest to check in but ok… The woman at the desk, very not friendly took her time checking me in with obviously no awareness that I just asked to use a restroom. I got upstairs to the second floor headed to mh room. The entire hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. My room however seemed clean. I wasn’t there 5 minutes and heard two large dogs barking loudly from a nearby room. I tried to call the desk and the phone didn’t work. So called from my cell phone. As I’m explaining the loud dogs I am hung up on. The room appeared clean, but there was other peoples hair wrapped up in the sheet and towels. Housekeeping was at my door two hours before checkout. All in all, if these things don’t bother you, and you don’t mind horrible unfriendly customer service, and precious customers hair in your “clean” linens, the $60 for a night is probably worth it. Otherwise, keeping going to the next hotel.

Great location but poor maintenance upkeep and in need of repairs. Friendly staff but dirty rooms that need cleaning abd in bad repairs. No shower curtains and bed sheets with cigarettes burns.

Very affordable for the price. Check in was easy. Room was spacious and clean. TV included HBO. No hair dryer in room. Breakfast was just granola bars and coffee. Will definitely stay again.

Roach hotel The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even the wifi didn’t work right. Before I booked i read the reviews, but thought no prob, just bad service. No: - Hair on the sides of shower - I saw roaches in my room from the first day. - Trash under bed - No kitchen utensils even though “Dining and cooking utensils provided” BS. They make you ask for EVERYTHING you need. One utensil at a time. Stupid.

Area did not seem safe/secure with a lot of homeless people outside as well as residents seem to be welfare or shelter hanging out in the main area lobby entrance. Room has such a strong air freshener odor we had to open both windows and put the wall unit on heat w/high fan to tolerate the smell
