Mala experiencia...
Al llegar nos topamos con una recepcionista muy desagradable y de mal humor. Las Habitaciones estaban sucias y el mobiliario deteriorado. Nos acomodaron las habitaciones muy separadas una de otra; pedimos arreglar esa situación y no accedieron de ninguna manera (el hotel estaba en un 30% de ocupación; habitaciones si había disponibles). La cerradura de la puerta de ingreso no funcionaba bien, nos generó dificultades para cerrar y abrir cada vez que saliamos. la alberca infantil no estaba funcionando...

El hotel está bien muy tranquilo en una buena área buen servicio solo lo que no me gusto que cuando yo hice mi reservación decía que en el cuarto había tabla de planchar y plancha y cuando llegue no había ni plancha ni tabla de planchar la fuimos a pedir a recepción y nomás nos dijeron tienen que pedirla y la mandamos pero nunca la mandaron

No tienen personal que atienda. No había agua fría en la regadera, solo caliente. Dice que incluye desayuno, pero luego te dicen que por el momento no lo están dando. El cuarto no tenía buen olor.

Decía buffet gratis para toda La familia y no fue así, solo era gratis 2 personas, nos cobraron por lo demás, los cuartos están viejos, había suciedad pegada de años en los switches, las cortinas de las ventanas rotas, solo nos dejaron 2 toallas cuando hicimos check in para 4, muy pocos shampoos, se escucha todo el ruido de las demás habitaciones, el huésped de enseguida tenía la televisión a todo volumen hasta la 1 AM, yo no me vuelvo a quedar ahí, los de recepción muy mamones, lo único bueno es el desayuno y las personas que cocinan

Cabinets screwed shut. Hand towels substituted for bath towels and most importantly, most unsafe experience in over 30 years. They rented a room to 10 people and had a mob fighting and screaming past midnight. They offered to move us but not to a safer, different building. Horrible sleepless night. Stay here at your own risk!

It asks: What did you like about your stay? I can more easily tell you what I didn't like, and that was two major things. One, the staff (a male) at the front desk, didn’t bother to get his name. He was devoid of Customer Service skills and immediately my review for this stay started typing itself. The second thing were the beds. They made more noise than nails on a chalkboard, they could hear us “spelunking” through the paper thin walls, not that I cared, but the sound the beds made at any subtle movement, was extremely annoying and I couldn’t even stay asleep. No joke. My friend recommended this place as the perfect spot to take the train to the NOS center in San Bernardino, and he was right. He also said he liked his stay, so maybe it was a fluke for me and I got the worst experience of the two things I care about most, staff, and beds. Don’t let them put you in room 122. Other than that, it’s semi close (drivable) to the Rancho Cucamonga train station, and a huge plaza and Ontario mills. Oh and right next to the air port. It’s a good spot, I just got bad luck on my stay.
