Check-in was a nightmare due to a customer in front of me trying to book 30 highschoolers (without having warned the hotel in advance, sent a list of copies of IDs and arrangements for room-sharing), yet the staff at the desk would have had me wait for an hour if I had not protested the situation. VERY poor hygiene (the chairs in the room still literally had soil from sole prints when I checked in), the so-called breakfast is a joke: gas-station style coffee and granola bars plus some small muffins near the reception desk, and even that wasn't there on Sunday (but the lady at the desk refused to issue me a voucher to have breakfast somewhere else, alleging that the manager wasn't on location on Sundays - I expect you, guys, if you are reading this, to REFUND me at least one day of my stay, given that you didn't provide the promised services), the bathroom curtain was too short and let the water leak from the shower - I told the management, yet they didn't replace it. Minor annoyance was the AC unit, which was extremely noisy, and the lack of blankets (unless specifically requested.) Ditto about shampoo. I have to say, the only "plus" (although I would assume this is actually a *minimum requirement* in the hospitality industry) is that the staff was reasonably friendly, although that didn't make the experience any better. This was one of the worst hotel experiences in many decades. I hope never to return to this place, and I suggest everyone to go somewhere else.
